"You have a Four O clock with Rouke, are you able to stomach his cheap cologne or shall I reschedule it."

"I had a light lunch I should be alright"

"Alright, also Bodo would like a meeting."

"Fine,  Do I have any opening tomorrow or something even more annoying I could have canceled"

"You wanted tomorrow off so you and... Richard could go to the pictures."

"Oh right... Schedule something for Bodo early, I wanted it ripped off like a band-aid, the tickets are for later that night"

"Done."

You smiled widely down at the phone, all done while he's bundled up sick in bed, he was really the best assistant. A notification popped up on your phone, 'Your food has arrived' it said, you adjusted in the chair "Check your doorstep, I got you lunch from that soup place you like" you wrote. You set down your phone on its stand and went back to your paperwork when you received another text "Thank you my lady" it wrote. You smiled a little, letting out a soft giggle "Adorable" you whispered before turning back to your paperwork, you huffed the day was only part of the way over, couldn't relax just yet.

You run a particular bank branch in London, quite successful for a few years now, since you took it over from your boss. You'd been running it under his name a few years prior to that as well, he was shit. Two years ago you had to hire a new assistant and Loki came along. It was odd, he approached you in a cafe, said that he bet his boyfriend he could get a job, he wanted you to fake hire him. You played along naturally, it was peculiar, but you were very welcoming to this handsome stranger's change to your monotonous routine. Strangely enough, he interviewed so well, you made him a genuine offer to become your new assistant, he accepted right away.

You had to smile, Loki had been a huge relief in more ways than one, he was the ideal assistant, but good god was he attractive... Admittedly, a small part of you may have been thinking with your libido first with this hire. You hummed appreciatively remembering his first day, when he walked in, you must have gawked like a schoolgirl, a solid black suit and tie, his hair tied back.

Unf

Perfection.

You shook your head as Janice, head of marketing, strutted in wearing that god-awful clack of her heels, she could be heard a mile away if you weren't zoning out. She smiled and held out a file that you took "Thank you" you hummed, beginning to finger through as Janice glanced at the empty side office "No Loki today?" she asked. You frowned and shook your head "No, dear thing is out sick." you said with a shrug as Janice continued to stare then turned and sighed "Shame" she said, then stalked out. You rolled your eyes, Loki honestly loathed Janice, said she had the walk of a harpy, she, not knowing any better, took it as a compliment. She'd been nonstop after him since she came here, a year or so ago, you told Loki to say something if she tried anything, he said he could handle her.

You shook your head 'He's got a boyfriend, his business is his business.' you thought, going back to your papers.

A few more hours of shuffling later and you were free.

You packed up your purse, tossing in your things haphazardly, you were already running a little late for your workout for the day. You slung the purse over your shoulder and darted to the elevator, murmuring your goodbyes to the amazing staff staying late. You huffed as the doors closed and crossed your arms while you waited, you glanced down at your phone and sighed seeing a text from your instructor:

'Sorry, had to cancel class, family emergency!'

You shrugged it off "Hope everything's okay" you messaged back, pocketing your phone again. You debated texting Richard, your boyfriend, but you decided to surprise him. You bit your lip to hide a smirk, thinking of what else you could surprise him with 'My good boy must be feeling so neglected' you thought. It had admittedly been a while since the two of you played your games, Richard was a switch, sometimes you indulged in letting him be on top, and sometimes you enjoyed it... Most times no. You preferred to be the one in charge, it gave you some form of safety to be the one calling the shots, but you weren't going to negate his desires.
