It has been five years since all of remnant were brought to this new realm. Vacuo was doing well in terms of dust mining and transportation through its harsh deserts. Vale was getting back on its feet but the people never lost their will to go on, and beacon was rebuilt by the empress as a show of good faith. Atlas was still developing new technology and weapons, and they have been trying to expand to other territories but the empress said not to go beyond the barrier idols. Mistral was doing ok and is becoming a very popular tourist destination.
As for me and my friends and family that we're reunited we finished our training and became new huntsman and huntresses.
Ruby home
Ruby: I can't believe it's been 5 years since we were brought to this realm
Yang: I know what you mean first our old world gets destroyed then next thing you know we get rescued by a powerful sexy empress of entire realm
Ruby: yeah what's weird is that the empress didn't ask for anything in return
Yang: maybe she has a very good heart. Look at what she's done

Ruby: that's just it. She never asked anything in return and always puts people before her self. Which I find rather hot.

While those two talked I'll tell you what happened to the others Blake return turn her parents, Weiss return to her mother and siblings. Weiss's father is in jail for his actions. Team JNPR travels remnant and help people when they know they are needed.
