The First Day In The Mist

Once we got to Murasaki he let us in with open arms, well, me with open arms, he gave Sasuke death look, I sweat dropped, here we go again "Hata will be here in a few hours" I said as I went into the living room "So you've already met him on the way here?" my cousin asked "Yes, we were coming here on the same boat" I explained "Two days with my nosy brother, how'd it go?" He said with a laugh "Surprisingly good aside from the occasional spying" I said "He probably kept tabs on your Charka too" Murasaki laughed "Do I want to know what you mean by that?" I asked worried "Not if I want to end up getting punched though several walls" He said while rubbing his head, Sasuke didn't seem to pick up on anything "Why you..." I trailed off stopping myself from punching him though the walls

"Gezz cuz, there's nothing to wrong with it" He said "Yes there is" I fought back, Sasuke now had a completely confused facial expression, he had not clue what we were talking about, but he'll probably ask me about it later "Kami Saku, we have every right to be worried about it, you're our baby cousin" He said "I'm only six years younger than you, I'm a legal adult" I said "You'll always be our baby cousin, even once your 50" He said while patting my head, I took a breath of defeat "Just watch your mouth next time" I warned "Hey, well done on the War, you did well, we are proud of you ya'know" He said giving me a hug

"I know, but you and Hata also played a big part" I said "Info unit? not really, you and your team from what I heard sealed Kaguya" He said "I only punched her in the head, Sasuke-kun and Naruto did the sealing" I said gesturing to Sasuke "Wait Uchiha Sasuke is your... I don't know what to make of it, I'll admit he's done good and bad" Murasaki said while walking over to Sasuke "Just take good care of her" he said placing a hand on Sasukes shoulder, my cousin went from happy to serious very fast. Sasuke responded with a small quick nod "Gezz I heard he was like Hata, but they're creepy alike" He said while turning to me

"We only have one spare room... I trust we don't need to-" I cut him off "Murasaki have some faith" I said "I'm just saying you're 19, we have every right to be cautious" He shrugged while leading us to the room.

Once we were in the room I put everything into place "Should I ask what the heck he was on about?" Sasuke asked "I was worried you were going to ask... basically there was a reason I was so good at charka control. The Haruno aren't known to have a Kekkei Genkai, since not many of us are ninja, but the ones who are have good charka sensory and charka controlling abilities. Anyway there's a reason my cousins are/were in the AMBU, much like Karin they can locate and tell someones emotion, so if someone where to be thinking of killing someone, they'll know. Basically he was implying if we were to, you know, they'll know because of how our charka was acting. They can sometimes pick up on desires, to some point, it has to be a strong one, for example when you left, I had the desire to bring you back home, so they would have been able to pick up on it. They sometimes can tell if someones lying, but you'll have to be close to them, as in they know what your charka is normally like, than when your lying and telling to truth, after that it's hard to lie to them" I explained. I had observed Sasuke the whole time, at the start when I mentioned what my cousin was talking about his face went red

"There's more, but that's the basics... and I'm not going to say to much more" I said not wanting to embarrass Sasuke any further "Wait do you have that ability?" He asked "Not as good as them, I can't track charka very well or know someones intentions or anything, but I can sense to aura, you know if someone gives off bad vibes, or might have bad intentions? I'll pick up on that better than most, so that's very mild, and above average, nothing that special" I explained "Not that special? You knew when I was going to leave the village without me dropping many hints" He said "It was a gut feeling, it had nothing to do with charka" I explained "Still, you just knew, that's all I'm saying" Sasuke said "YOU MIND LIGHTING UP THE MODE, IT'S ALL DEPRESSING OVER THERE!" My cousin yelled so we could hear him "My point is proved there with the Charka sensing" I said, Sasuke nodded in agreement "THANK YOU!" Murasaki yelled back at us "You Don't Have To Yell That Loud!" I said in his direction
