*a week later*


You woke up and greeted your grandma in the living room. "Hey grandma, what's that?" You asked as she was looking at a piece of paper. "Hello sweetie and this is your schedule for your new school" She gave the paper to you. You looked at it, yep it was your school schedule. "When do I start school?" You asked her. She could hear the dread in your voice. "In 2 days, sweetie." You groaned. "Well at least you have your new friends to help show you around and such." She told you. I guess she was right. Sal and Larry could show you around with classes so that kinda helped. "I guess you are right grandma." You got up and walked to your room. You turned on the tv until you heard the doorbell ring. "I'll get it!" You got up and walked towards the door. You opened it to see Sal. "Hey Sal, what's up?" "Want to hang out with Larry and me?" He said. "For sure just let me get dressed." You said as he saw your pajamas were still on. "Okay just come down to the basement." He said as he walked away. You closed the door and got dressed. "Grandma I am going to go hang out with my new friends!" You shouted as you grabbed the spare key. "Okay have fun!" She shouted back. You walked out the door and into the elevator sliding the key card into the last slot that goes down to the basement. You walked to Larry's apartment and greeted Lisa. You walked into Larry's room to see Sal and Larry playing video games. "Hey guys." You said to them. "Heyyy Y/n let's get this party started!" Larry said as he turned on some music. "I am so not ready to go to a new school" You told them "Well don't worry Y/n we will be happy to help you out." Sal said. "Yeah thanks guys." You said to them. You hoped this new school will turn out alright.


You woke up to my timer going off. You shut it off and realized it was your first day of school. You got up to get dressed. It was cold outside, so you grabbed a hoodie. After you got dressed, you walked to get your bag and keys and greeted your grandma. "Hope you have a great first day." She hugged you as you walked out the door. As you got to the lobby, you saw Sal and Larry. "Hey Y/n excited for your first day?" Sal asked. "No, I am quite the opposite." You said to them. "Aw come on don't be like that Y/n. "Who knows maybe you could have the best day at school." Larry said as he put his arm around your shoulder. You froze as you felt his arm around you. You guys started walking to school, Larry still having his arm on you the whole way. You guys finally got to school. You guys walked in, you saw so many new faces. As you walked through the halls to your lockers a girl came up to you guys. "Hi you must be new I'm Ashley, but you can call me Ash!" The girl said to you, "She our friend Y/n." Sal said. "Well hi Ash im Y/n." You told her. "Wow that's a cool name how do you know Sal and Larry?" She asked. "We all live in Addison apartments together. Y/n just moved here" Larry said to Ash. "Oh cool! Well Y/n I hope you like Nockfell!" She said enthusiastically. "Yeah thanks." 


You just got done with some classes and it was now lunch. You got into the lunch line with Larry, Sal and Ash. You all sat down at a table with Maple, Chug and Todd. Sal, Larry and Ash's other friends. You sat in between Larry and Ash as you guys started talking. Just as you were talking some blonde-haired guy came up to your table. "Seems you have a new member to your freak squad!" he said to you all. "Shut up Travis." Ash said to him. "Just go back to your table Travis we don't want to hear your bitching." Larry blurted out to him. "Fine, but watch you backs, freaks!" Travis said as he stomped away back to his table. "Don't mind him" Sal said to you. "Who was that guy?" You asked. "Travis" Todd told you. "He just an asshole, don't pay attention to what he says." Sal told you. "He seems like one." You said. You all went back to talking.


After school you walked home with Sal and Larry. They asked to hang out, but you told them you were pretty tired. You got to the apartment and saw grandma. "Oh Y/n you're home how was your first day?" She asked. "It was alright, better than I expected." You told her while walking to your room. You turned on the tv and some music to relax. Which lead you to take a nap.


You woke up realizing you fell asleep. "Shit" You mumbled to yourself. You didn't know what time it was and didn't want to mess up your sleep schedule. You checked the time. "6:48" Well you only slept for 2 hours so that's not that bad. You got up and walked to the bathroom. You brushed your teeth as your grandma walked in. "Hey grandma." You said in the middle of finishing up. "Seems you fell asleep. School must have worn you out." She said. "Yeah, I guess it did. I think I am going to go for a walk." She moved out of the doorway as you walked out. "Okay just make sure you have-" You cut her off. "Yes, my bag keys and jacket." You reassured her. "Okay just be careful." She said as you got your stuff and walked out. You stepped outside feeling the cold air on your face. You put on your jacket shoving your hands into your pockets. You walked around Nockfell admiring the town. As you got to the end of the town, you saw a graveyard. You walked towards it, but something stopped you. Not a person but almost a presence. It felt like it was pushing you away. You took that as a sign to walk away, you believed in ghosts, so you decided to not interfere. As you got back to the outside of the apartment, you saw Ash. "Hey, Ash." You said as you walked up to her. "Oh, hey Y/n!" She said back. "What are you doing at the apartments?" You asked. "Well, I actually was looking for you. I was going to go to your apartment to see if you wanted to hang out." "Yeah, we can hang out." You said to her. She smiled as she grabbed your hand, walking to her house.


You guys got to her house and walked to her room. Her room was covered in posters, with these little dolls hanging from the wall. "These are dolls I make myself; they are called little dudes." She said as she pointed to the dolls. "I like them" "Thanks actually here I am going to give you one." She said as she looked through them. She handed you one. It had purple hair with a blue skull covered dress. "I love it thanks Ash." "No problem... now let's have some fun!" She turned on some music and you guys started talking. "So how do you feel about Sal and Larry?" She asked. "They are pretty cool." You replied back. "It seems that Larry has taken a liking to you." She raises her eyebrows and lightly pushed you. "Well, I guess he seems like a good friend." You said back to her. Her face changed. "Oh no I don't mean as a friend." you were confused. "Then what do you mean?" You said back to her. "I mean like he like LIKES you." She had more of a romantic tone in her voice. "I mean- I don't know about that. We have only known each other for a week." "Well does he flirt with you?" She asked. "I mean yeah but I thought it was as a joke." She started laughing. "What's so funny?" You asked. She caught her breath and finally replied to you. "Well, I have to tell you Y/n he likes you, I see the way he stared at you today in class and lunch." She told you as a big smile pasted on her face. "I guess I didn't notice." You said. You played with the doll in your hands. You didn't really think about if Larry liked you. I mean sure he was cute, and funny. I guess you do like him. Wow you didn't think you would catch feelings this quick.
