Hey everyone! I know things with this book have not been progressing, so I want to explain a little. I first wrote this story on a different platform, as a lot of you know, and it is not easy to transfer over from that platform to ANYTHING else. That and to be honest I got a little burned out on the story because I worked on it for so long that I was ready to move on to others. BUT, I have been working on this one and am almost done with the edits I have so far. Hopefully I will get back to updating this book and getting it finished soon.
I WILL NOT be posting the updates on here because I am editing into a final draft to be published. I will however fill you guys in on what has changed.
While editing the first several chapters I realized that there is not much MC stuff going on so I have changed that. I will be adding a new chapter between when Dax and Maddie have their fight and then her and the kids leave there dads. I felt like there wasn't enough time between then and when they move in with Dax so I added a gap in between. Dax will be going with his father on a run for the MC and the time he is gone will further their feelings for one another as well as give Maddie a glimpse into the MC life that he lives.
While Dax is gone he discussed his feeling for Maddie with his father. Though we will not see this first hand, in Daxs' part of the chapter when he sees Maddie again at the bar (the night her crazy dad shows up) he touches on the fact that he talked to his father during their trip. Their time apart will equal out about a month and in this time Ally will be showing Madex and Maddie some of the darker parts of the MC. This is the chapter that I am adding.
So this chapter will be added before Dax meets her dad for the first time at the bar but after she figures out he's part of the MC and runs away from him. There will also be a new strong female character added in this chapter that Maddie will become friends with.
This chapter will be the first one I update (hopefully this week) and I will explain where the chapter goes in the story so all of you will understand the new series of events.
Also, Daxs' fathers name has been changed to Gabriel rather than Dax Sr. There was an original purpose for Dax being a Jr but ultimately decided against it.
Again, I will not be posting the updates I have made to the previous chapters but from this point on will the new chapters will go in the direction of the new updates that I have been making.
