An Elevator Door opens, revealing two Guards pushing in some kind of weird cage or portable fence into said Elevator, once inside, the door closes and the two Security Member just stood there and waiting to get to the next floor, though while waiting, the one that was restrain/tied up in the cage, that same person somehow managed to somehow hit the Elevator ground, which startled the two Guards and made them look back at the restricted individual, both either sigh in relief or wore a slight annoyed expression
"She just hit the floor again, ugh."
Guard 1 rubs his face, feeling exhausted from the job he's in and been doing
"At this rate, I'm gonna get a heart attack if she keeps this up..."
Guard 2 just shook his head, after the two calmed down, they've just decided to try and ignore any noise that their Prisoner makes, clearly just wanting to only focus on their job they had and just get it over with as soon as possible, though while still waiting for them to reach their next floor, Guard 1 phone started to ring, to which he takes it out and see who was calling for him
"Oh, looks like I got a new message."
Guard 1 wanted to see what the message was about
"..... How did you get a message? We're deep underground?"
Though as soon as Guard 2 asked such a question with a very confused expression, the Captive suddenly hit the ground again, which startled the two again and made Guard 1 dropped his phone
"O-Oh Shit!"
Guard 1 tried to reach for his phone, which instantly made Guard 2 panic and tries to stop his Partner
"Idiot! Don't Do It!"
Unfortunately, it was to late, once Guard 1 stuck his arm inside the cage, it was instantly ripped and sliced apart, which made him scream in pain, Guard 2 rushed in and tries to pull him away
"Get Away!"
Guard 2 pulls with all his might, but wasn't able to move even a inch
"I Can't! I'm Being Pulled In!"
Those were his last words, before Guard 1 was suddenly pulled away from his Partner and was fully inside the fence, completely exposed and in front of the Prisoner, there was a moment of silence and stillness, Guard 2 had his hand on his gun holster, while Guard 1 could only look at the Restricted Individual with extreme fear, which he didn't have to feel like for long, since his head was suddenly hit with a invisible force that was strong enough to blow his brain apart, though instead of the body falling to the ground, something grabbed it and started digging around it's pockets
"STOOOOOP!!!"
Guard 2 quickly pulls out his [Gun] and aimed it at the Captive, firing a couple shots at them, but once the bullets reached their area, they were immediately stopped and held in mid air, which made him go wide eyes, not only from his attacks being render useless, but also noticing them pulling out a pair of keys from the corpse
"STOP IIIIIIIIIT!!!-"
Meanwhile, outside the Elevator Door, another two Security Guards stood there waiting for the doors to open, as if expecting someone from inside, which they didn't have to wait long, as the door were slowly opening up
"I guess the cage has finally arrived."
"Mhm."
When the door fully opened, Guards 3 & 4 gasp in shock and terror, cause when they look inside, all they saw was a released and naked Prisoner, who appears to be a Young Woman, and was surrounded by torn apart bodies and what little remains of the cage she was in, the now Free & Dangerous Individual looked at the two Guards
"..... Fuck."
Red lights started flashing, and alarms started ringing and everyone in the Security Room started freaking out and tries to fix the mess
"What's Going On?"
A important looking man came walking in and started asking about the situation that was now happening
"The Prisoner Got Out! SHE'S FREE!"
One of the worker explained what was going on, which made the Important Man go wide eyes and quickly rush forward and looked at one of the monitor, the screen display the same naked girl from earlier, walking around and ripping apart anyone that got close
"I-It can't be... Lucy..."
In a random hallway of this facility, a Secretary Woman was walking around, holding a few files in her arms and was slightly oblivious to what was going on
'A alarm? I hope it isn't another fire drill, I don't think I'll be able to find the exit at this big building.'
Though before the Secretary could either get concern and possibly get lost even more, the Prisoner, who is now known as Lucy, came around the corner and stood in front of the Secretary, which startled her
"O-Oh my, Ma'am, are you ok? Why are you naked? And what's wrong with your face?"
Sadly, the Secretary did not realize the danger she was in when meeting this Destructive Woman, who just calmly looks and stares at the confused and worried Woman
"Sir! I Have Her In My Sight!"
Outside, on the roof, a Sniper had locked target on Lucy, who was walking out the building, completely covered in blood and guts
"Nail her with one shot, she's not an enemy that'll allow you a second one."
The Important Man warns the Sniper, who nods and aimed his '[Nr.1 Barrett M82]' at the back of Lucy's exposed head, and quickly load in a [.50 caliber] bullet, once he was lock and loaded, he wasted no time pulling the trigger without hesitation, unfortunately the blast of the gun made the Dangerous Individual turn her head and looked behind her
"DAMN IT!"
As soon as the Important Man saw that he was spotted, he quickly knew what would happened next, which was her getting hit in the [Metal Helmet], which both protected the Prisoner and completely shattered in pieces, though before he could get mad that she somehow survived such a powerful weapon, the Destructive Woman suddenly fell unconscious, no doubt from getting hit in the head by such a powerful bullet, and then fell over off the cliff and into the ocean water, which made the Important Man panic
"Get A Life Boat And Find Her, NOW!"
The Important Man yells at the Sniper, who quickly nods and ran off to do what he was told, dropping the weapon in the process, the Important Man lets out a defeated and exhausted sigh, as he looked back at the setting Sun and the clear blue salty water, he wore a very deep and unsatisfied frown
'A 'Great Evil' had been released into the open World, no one is no longer safe as long as she is alive and roaming around the Earth of her own free will. This is bad, very bad, how could anything get any worse, with such a Disaster like her in the public?...'
Meanwhile, at a random Beach, a certain someone with black hair, black clothing and an 'Innocent'? looking smile, could be seen just walking around on the sand, enjoying the view and was just having a moment to himself, he quickly stop and look at the Sun disappearing behind the Ocean
'「Oh days like this, it just reminds me of how I killed someone today... It was a good day~」'
He lets out a chuckle and wore a more sinister smile, but quickly shook his head and took a deep relaxing breath
'「I should probably head home now, can't miss a day of probably destroying another Student Council President and their School~」'
Though just as he was about to leave, he suddenly stopped himself when he instantly noticed a certain naked woman came out the water, she had long pink hair, cute kitty horns, a bleeding forehead, and a cute, lost and innocent expression, who clearly doesn't know what was going on or what was happening, both him and her just stared at each other with unsure expression
"「..... Um, the nudist beach is more down west, do you want me to take you there?」"

I'm only using the Manga of Elfen Lied, also any non important characters will be left out, like that one MC guy, so keep that in mind~
(Also any advice or suggestions on how I should continue would be nice, also this takes place after Kumagawa left 'Fish Tank Academy', thought I should let y'all know)
