The mind, oh the mind of Joker is nothing more but a constant cycle of nonsense. His insanity feeds him; like a king at a feast, Joker is fat with insanity. From insanity inside his head, he's able to make whatever he desires as a reality. Instead of cramping yourself up and screaming, begging to be sane, Joker turns his insanity into ideas of his own. Everyday of any given time, Joker is fed with his daily insanity by himself. It doesn't seem pretty ideal that he is his own energy, it actually is impossible but energy equals strength, and Joker has infinite amount of insanity in his brain. If you could only convert all of Joker's insane energy into fat, he'll be the fattest person in comics that he would probably explode. Just because it's in his head, doesn't mean it's contained in there. Harleen Quinzel was Joker's first victim he fed with all the insanity. Sharing ones mind can be deadly but Joker sharing his own insanity is never a daily routine. Just like a king would do, he'd hog all of his food and keep it for himself. That's what Joker is, a king; feeding himself with much insanity as he wants. Nobody wants a piece and Joker wouldn't share a piece, it is certainly a great morbid meal for him. There can never be any certainty when Joker feasts on his full insanity and goes on a full carnage on Gotham.
