This is Part II of Zill's main story. As you already know if you're reading this book, Part I was "Z I L L I O N : C H I M E R O S". That part flows directly into this one, which fills in the blanks between Zill's conversation with his family and his first meeting with Alexis. Now we get to see some interaction between the two siblings, them and their aunt, and the entire family once they finally get together.
That's all I need to say for this Author's Note. Most of my rambling will take place in the Afterword.
And now that that's out of the way, let's get rockin'. Zill and Alexis are meant to be heroes—but when siblings butt heads, things tend to go a bit differently than one might've planned.
Especially when those siblings have superpowers.
