"bullshit." y/n argued with dean while she skated circles around the ice, "yeah whatever, believe what you want babe." she rolled her eyes when the side barricade opened to reveal the ducks, bombay and tibbles. "took them long enough."
she remarked causing julie and ken to laugh, "i thought i would die of old age before i ever saw the dream team." her voice was full of dramatics just loud enough for the new recruits heard.
"but they're right there." dwayne spoke innocently pointing over to the ducks, who stared them down. "right." she laughed under her breath but didn't chose to correct the boy. "now why are you nice to him and not me?"
"eat ice!" she shouted back to dean, who rolled his eyes again mumbling profanities under his breath. noticing the ducks staring, she pulled her helmet off, "woah." she rolled her eyes as the ducks went googly eyes over her. "what a bunch of creeps."
"howdy yall', stop staring at the little miss u're freaking her out." dwayne called to the ducks, who joked about his accent, "why are they laughing?" he asked sadly causing y/n to roll her eyes at the ducks before pulling dwayne back behind her. "don't laugh at him or i will snap your necks." they fell silent.
dwayne grinned at her and began to mess with one of the pucks, y/n skated over to julie with a different puck and attempted to score. which she somehow managed to do, "haha julie."
"that was 1/67, don't try it." y/n scowled pushing her hair over her shoulder, "i still made it." she turned feeling eyes on her, she locked eyes with a blue eyed male, he sent her a smile which she ignored. "i hate these guys already."
tibbles began to introduce the new recruits, she tuned him out till he got to her, "and that's y/n l/n, from portland, oregon, she's on defense also a very good scorer with her certain tricks, she's very good at taking control of the game. she's lead her team to victory on more than one occasion."
"very pretty girl too." one of the ducks joked causing the others to agree, "what a bunch of pervs!" she scoffed under her breath, failing to notice the boy whom sent her a smile was telling his teammates to shut up and leave her alone.
"also she's become very she protective over robertson for some reason so don't bother him and she won't kill you." dwayne followed behind her while gently patting her back. "come on, show them ducks what chu got."
she grinned patting his cheek gently before popping a piece of gum in her mouth, "on it, cowboy." he flushed a shade of red while she sent him a wink, "what's her deal with the cowboy? she can come talk to me."
