Sucrose was left alone by the one she trusted in, because they said they had to go to a new nation. The traveler's journey isn't going to end any day.

Beidou and Sucrose went to the boat she talked about in a smaller one. And as soon as she got into it, she felt her body left her soul. Or wait, wasn't "her soul left her body"?

The point is that some part of her leaved Sucrose, and she would never be the same after this trip. This had to go well, that's what she wanted.

Thankfully, the chaos in the sea and the storm leaved once the Raiden Shogun calmed down, so the travel went smoothly.

During the trip, Sucrose was sitting alone in the back of the boat. She was wondering what she was going to do.

Beidou looked at her and remember how once, some years ago, she felt she wasn't going to make it to have her own troop.

-"Hey, kiddo." - Beidou sat next to her. -"The water is clear and out destiny is near, why don't you take a look?"

Silence.

No one even spoke.

Sucrose didn't care about it, but cared about something else.

-"What if the people you love pass away because of your fault?" - She directly spoke.

Beidou was shocked. Such a small girl was talking about such a hard topic.

And how would that be hitting her to prefer it rather than looking the landscape?

Beidou didn't have an answer, and no one ever had one. But she knew what she needed.

Beidou hardly patted her back.

-"I don't know what you're going through, but it must be hard, right?" - She spoke. -"I don't have an answer to your question, but I surely know what would be nice at the moment, and it's looking ahead to the ocean and your destiny."

Sucrose sighed and looked back. She didn't want to, but she realized how amazing the water looked. She wasn't satisfied with the trip, but she'd swear she wouldn't come back again.

Because they were arriving to Ritou.

The water was splendid. The red sun was reflecting on the eternal leaves of the trees and the people were so joyful that it seems like they didn't pass through a hard situation with the Shogun.

Sadly, the bad news came when she got out of the boat. And it was that Beidou was also going to leave her there.

-"Sorry, kiddo, but business demands me." - She spoke as she helped Sucrose walk out. -"But I will come back in a week to look out on my maple leaf kid. If you are ready to come back, my boat will be pleased."

Sucrose said goodbye and as soon as she turned, she started looking everywhere. She's never been on a nation like that. Yes, she lived in Snezhnaya a while ago, but that doesn't even compare to this amazing and colorful place.

She checked on the vendors, the fishers, the farmers and the checkpoint. She could freely pass to the city and look on the landscape.

It was huge, how was she supposed to focus on her task? Maybe the Traveler was right, as Albedo was too.

And she's wondering, what is him doing right now?

She walked, and walked, saw the Mondstadt themed shop, the Liyue themed shop and the Sumeru themed shop. So many places to look into.

Her mind was set to do just a single thing: Explore this place until she can not.

She walked towards the first teleport point. Now she would go back to Mondstadt whenever she wanted.
