Jeon Chaeyeon POV

Another month has passed...

Jeonghan KFC

Chaeyeon!

Why?

Can I see you?

Why?

I'm at the convenience store

I'll come, wait for me

You can wait for me at the apartment

No, I'll come now

okay then

After half an hour, Jeonghan arrived

We both sat down on one of the tables beside the coffee maker

"Have you eaten lunch?" he asked

"Not yet"

"Okay let's eat this, my treat!" he pointed towards the go to eat lunch box

He bought the food and re-heat it for the both of us then we started eating

"I thought you got a job in Wonwoo's company, why are you still here?"

"This is my last day, I'll move there next week"

"Ahh good for you then"

"Why are you really here? stop playing around the bush" I said

He looked at me, smiling nervously

"I- I was planning on confessing to Lara"

My eyes widened "REALLY?!" I asked loudly, luckily there were only a few customers around

"Shhh!"

"Should I confess? do you think she likes me?" he asked and I did not hesitate to nod vigorously

"But how? its- it's my first time confessing" 

"You say what you feel about her, and ask if- if she could date you or something"

"But what if she declines?"

"Then tell her you'll still going to court her until she says yes"

Ring...ring..ring...

"Okay, okay, I'll come now" he said and placed his phone down

"Thank you Chaeyeon-ah, I've got to go, the kids are waiting for me" he said leaving the store

As soon as he leave the store, I went back to the cashier when a weird guy in a yellow sweatshirt came in, he also has  cardboard over his head. I read his shirt, its says 'Hansol'

He went in front of the cashier, looked at me, and removed the box from his head

"Shhh" he said, placing his finger over his lips. I looked at him confused

My gaze followed his actions and observed him, getting things from the aisle

"Oohho Choloate burger, milk~"  then another customer wearing the same thing as the first one came in, but this time, he was not wearing a box and his sweatshirt was color blue

He did the same thing, he went to the cashier and shushed me

"Yah! Hansol! we're on a diet, what are  you doing?" the guy said

"It's such a waste if I throw this out, right?" the Hansol guy said and the other nodded

After they pay, I watched them leave the store and left out a chuckle at how silly they were

I'm already home, prepared to sleep

Ring...ring...ring..

It was a video call. Without looking at the caller's I.D. I answered it

"Love~" It was Myungho, I smiled when I heard his voice

"Are you about to sleep" he asked and I nodded

"I feel so tired~ there were funny and weird at the same time customers earlier. They were hiding from each other because they said they were on a diet and some manager would get mad at them if he found out they're not following" I ranted making him chuckle 

"We used to be like that" I looked at him confused with who is 'we' and 'used to be'

"Did you not know how the boys met?" I shook my head

"We were once trainees to become idols, we used to have dance routines every day and we were on a daily diet, meaning we can't eat foods from the convenience store"

I looked at him shocked

"What happened? why didn't you guys debut?"

"A month before our debut day, the company suddenly encountered bankruptcy and was no longer able to produce us" 

"Why did you not tell me that before?" I raised my voice a little, still puzzled by the sudden news

"You did not ask"

"Wah that's why last time, the guys were so good at dancing and were actually very synchronized"

"They danced? when? why?"

"Remember last time, when I told you I was out with Lara, Vernon, Hoshi, and Jun" he nodded "We were in an arcade, dancing, then the guys popped out of nowhere and danced all together" I looked at my phone "Here I'll send the video to you"

Ding dong...

"Oh wait, there's someone at the door" I said and stood up, phone in hand

I opened the door and was surprised to see Jun and Jeonghan smiling with flowers and a cake on hand

"It's our 100th day anniversary!" Myungho said as the guys  handed me the flowers and cake and went back to their apartment

"Thank you~" I said in a sweet tone

"I'm sorry, I forgot"

"It's fine and I know your busy" he said in a soft tone "Plus, this is the man's work" he said and we both chuckled

"Happy 100th day anniversary" I greeted while cutting the cake

"You're eating it now?" he asked, stunned and I nodded, chuckling

I took a bite from the cake I sliced and he asked

"Is it good?" I nodded with a mouthful of cake

"Eat slowly, no one's gonna steal it from you" he said in a calm tone

I really like hearing his voice, it makes me feel safe and relaxed

"I have something to tell you" he said, I looked at the screen after taking a bite

"I'm coming home next week!!" my eyes widened with excitement painted on my face
