In seasons 1-5 Rocky and Zuma were inseparable as friends and some writers even shipped them romantically. But when season 6 came, it seemed like their friendship just instantly deteriorated. They acted like they were complete strangers to eachother and here is my theory on why.
In the seasons when they were friends, Zuma was focused on being friends with Rocky and supporting him on his crush on Skye, but when season 6 came around, Zuma also caught romantic feelings for Skye and started fighting with Rocky about who is better for Skye.
