Chapter 18: the change of heart

(2 months later)

The pup is now a year ,school
is almost over .im more better than what happened in the party .Lets just say my heart changed and decided to move on . I was tired of the confusion he caused me .

But now he's just a class mate since he comes over to my house .its always awkward when my mom invites him and his mom to come .And when they do come I go to my room and just go to my computer and jut play with Zeus .

At school Cameron is growing taller know he's almost up to me .I'm taller by a few inches .my friends are still together .i mean all of them which is good so I don't have to deal with awkwardness .me I'm just hoping summer goes as plan.especially since we're taking a 2 week vacation to Disney land .

who could that be .who did my mom invite .?

"Aw thanks Natalie it's always wonderful to come to your house "

"Hello ,Bryce how've you been at school."

"Uh fine Mrs.Evans where's Skylar ?"

"Uh she must be in her room you can go check if you want " oh no she didn't .I mean it sometimes it's a perk of me that I can ease drop sneaky .but for another point this is one of those days which it's not .

Foot steps where getting closer while I brought my laptop to my bed ,and put it in top of my lap .quicky I it my beat headphones put in music and started to look at we heart it .

*Knock knock *

Ahh I heard it but I pretended not to hear .all if a sudden a figure appears as the door opened.

"Uh hey "

"Uh hi " I said while taking off my headphones

"Um can I ....come...in?

"U sure why not "in my mind I wondered off and I was wondering why i let him in ?whem I looked back he was on a chair staring at me ."what?"

"I didn't say anything "

"Oh sorry ......"We were just there looking at each other or looking off other place .it was along pause until I said "I'm sorry but why are you here ?"

"Um before I say anything ....are we cool ?"

"As in ok or back at friends ?"

"Doesn't matter"

" Yeah were 'ok' ."

"Good "

"Is that all you want to tell me ?"

"Yeah actually I was going to tell you but nevermind ".right after that last word he stood up put the chair in place and went down stairs .

As a surprise I followed him 2minutes later .my mom and his mom were hugging which meant their leaving back to their house .

When they left my mother was getting the food ready .while she was cooking I was going to walk Zeus .zues brought me happiness that I enjoyed .it's nice to have someone making you happy.

When i came back I felt something weird .as if something good was going to happen .

"Hey sweet heart back so early ?im almost done I'll call u when I'm done . "

"Ok"

When I opened my email .something I recognized appeared in upper case letters.

I could not believe my eyes I remember leaving my raffle ticket in the jar at a event we went it but I wouldn't have thought that I won 2 raffles .there was other concert s but I liked those to the best .when I had more info about it found out they were VIP tickets.

"Honey dinner is ready " All of I sudden I was running down stairs.not realizing that I was super hungry .during dinner I told my mom about what happened earlier . Weirdly she asked me what day .

"Oh it's in 3 weeks ,June 7 and June 12.Why ?"

" Oh that's good you can go ."

"You still haven't answered my question of why ?"

"Oh sorry Hun I can't tell you ." That's weird she usually tells me when an event is coming up by oh well .

Going back to my laptop I saw Instagram and it happened to be on Bryce's profile and I clicked on a picture that he posted .and in his description blew mind .

That one word blew my mind .one simple thing .i had to wonder was that for me or did he write that just cuz .for all I know is that were ok .were not friends or nothing were just Ok.
