What have they become? | RED and BLU Engineers focused

What's going on...?

They don't understand. He doesn't know what's going on. Everything looks so...small. It feels so light. It still wonder what's happening. Where did his mouth go? They feel like there's more limbs on them. Is it even breathing?

He's sitting on the BLU Base as of now. He's big. Giant. He doesn't know how they became like this. Only being consumed by green smoke being its only memory and the slightest clue of how it became like this. His hands were against his chest. Being careful not to crush someone that's in his hands, making sure that there's a small space for them to breathe through too.

The person's soft breathing was calming. Shallow, yet it can hear them, it doesn't know why. He needs to be careful. He can't wake the person up. One of its wings twitch. How many wings did it have? It doesn't know. They always seem to grow or ungrow all the time. It's impossible to count.

A small hum snapped their attention to the person, moving his hands from his chest to see if the little guy is awake, making sure that the fella didn't fall off. It would have smiled if it had a mouth.

The little fella was a RED, specifically, the RED Engineer. Small wings seem to be growing from the RED's back and his arms seem much longer. Their mouth was missing, and at their chin seem to be growing tentacles of some kind. Small horns growing from his head was also visible. It looked...painful. Good. He isn't awake. It's glad.

A finger moved to gently pat the RED's head, a giggle erupt from the little fella, curling up a bit more with a growing smile. It felt happy. He isn't awake. Good. If he did...if...well. This world won't exist anymore.

He slowly bought the RED closer to them, cradling them in its arms as it slowly looked up at the sky.

“SHALL I PROMISE THIS ONE WILL STAY ASLEEP TILL THIS CURSE BE LIFTED.”
