Name: Izuku.
Appearance:

Personality: Kind, polite, toy nerd, fatherly/motherly to children, if you hurt a part of his family he will make a Toy out of you.

Quirk: Poppy Playtime.
Izuku is able to transform into a red haired and blue eyed female doll named Poppy and summon various coloured monstrous Toy friends.

Through research Izuku discovers his Quirk is based off of a horror game called Poppy Playtime and learns how to Manufacture.

Poppy:

Manufacture: Can make new toys out of people but need a toy to stuff them in.
