The apartment had two bedrooms but one had the sign Keep Out on it.

Even Miguel could tell why there was a sign.

Dana and Miguel took the other room and I took the sofa. I saw it was a sofa-bed and a grown woman and a chubby five-year-old couldn't fit in it. I mean, they said I wasn't a normal sleeper. My friend said that I was beside her when we got to sleep and when she woke up, my legs were on her stomach.

So, a sofa-bed fit for two is enough space for me not to hit someone.

The walls were in a shade of cream, maybe. It had a clean light blue kitchen with a dining table for four. There was one bathroom. A big one, actually.

After looking around, I saw the two on the bed, asleep.

I immediately changed my clothes and brushed my teeth. I made my bed and slowly dazed off to sleep.

"The itsy bitsy spider..." A singing Miggy woke me up. I saw him on my tummy, trying to do the actions to the song.

"Hey Migs." I said weakly.

Still tired, as usual.

I was about to daze off again until Miguel screamed. "MOMMY MOMMY LIZZY IS AWAKE" I immediately sat up, rubbing my eyes with my right hand, holding Miggy with the other one.

Dana made pancakes and champorado,from the mix we had brought from home, in the kitchen-the living room was beside the kitchen-.

After eating breakfast, I took a quick shower and got dressed. A plain white tee, a pair of dark blue shorts and my flats that I brought. As soon as I got out of the bathroom, Dana was trying to finish the dishes and Miguel was trying to tie his shoes. I walked to him and helped him with them.

"Liz, wanna go to Target? I need to buy something." Dana was wiping her hands with her towel.

"Sure ate. Right now?" I looked at her.

"Mommy, we buy food?!" Miguel seemed excited.

"Yes sweetheart, food."

Miguel cheered.
