•4 months later•

Me and Jacob are so happy. I'm pregnant and it's a boy. Adrianna is happy to have a younger sibling but she wishes it was a girl. Devon and Chris are happy as well. We're about to have a big happy family. Right now I'm at my doctors appointment checking on the baby

Doctor:okay now Mrs.Perez let's see if we hear that heart beat

She put the gel on my stomach and searched. After about 5 mins of looking she got up and walked out. I was confused. Was something wrong with the baby

She came back in with another doctor and checked. His face had terror written all over his face. He whispered to the other doctor and left

Doctor:ummm Mrs.Taylor it seems looks here that your baby has died. No heart beat what's so ever. We can't even get a move

My heart broke into thousands of pieces and I broke down crying

Doctor:I'm sorry. We will prepare the station for the baby to be removed and the tissues

I just nodded my head and kept crying

•After the surgery•

I was in pain after the surgery but I didn't want to call Jacob and tell him the news yet. So I got in my car and drove off. My eyes were watering I could barely see the road

CRASH

The car was spinning and I was losing conscious

All I remember was glass everywhere and seeing fire. Then I blacked out

•Jacob's POV•

Adrianna:again again!

I laughed and tickled her again

RING RING

I laughed and went to go pick up the phone

Jacob:hello?

Police officer:is this Jacob Perez? Husband of Taylor Perez?

Jacob:yes,who's this?

Police officer:I'm officer Freedman and your wife got into a car accident. She's in the hospital now but we wanted to inform you

I started to freak out

Jacob:I'm on my way now

I hung up and got the kids ready

Chris:daddy where are we going?

Jacob:to your uncles house for a bit

Devon:why?

Jacob:please no more questions

I drove quickly to Rays house and dropped the kids off. I told Ally what happened and she told me they can stay here as long as it takes

I drove to the hospital and walked in

Jacob:Taylor Perez please

Doctor:she's in surgery sir. She should be done in about an hour

I sighed and sat in those uncomfortable waiting chairs. I looked at my phone and the first thing I see is Taylor's beautiful face smiling with the kids around her. I didn't realize I was looking at it that long cause I started crying and I got called back to see Taylor

Once I entered the room I saw her with scratches and bruises all over her. I kissed her hand and looked down

The baby?! What happened to the baby?!

Doctor:Mr.Perez it's nice to see you

Jacob:our baby?

Doctor:I'm sorry...she had a miscarriage

I started crying even more. Seeing her stomach grow again with a new life inside kills me.

Beep beep beep beeeeeeeeeep

I looked up and looked back at Taylor

Doctor:she isn't breathing

She called in other doctors while I got pushed out

What is going to happen to her

•4 hours later•

Doctor:Jacob Perez

I stood up and walked towards her

Doctor:I'm sorry...Taylor didn't make it

That's it. My whole life tumbled down. I got on my knees and cried my heart out. The love of my life is gone and I'll never see her smile again

Doctor:you may see her to say your last goodbye

I got up and walked to her room. Her gown was white and she looked pale

I grabbed her hand and kissed it

Jacob:Taylor Marie Perez...words can't describe how much I love you. You will always be my first and only love. I don't know how I'm going to take care of 3 kids on my own but I will do it. I'll become the best dad I can to them I promise. You mean the absolute world to me Taylor. I'm going to miss you so much baby girl. Rest in peace my princess

With that being said I kissed her lips one last time and walked out the room with tears running down my face
