On a cold winter morning, there was a kid name Ren who is 8 years old sitting on his bed at the window watching kids playing in the snow
Ren: "hm.. That looks fun" he he also see a girl with a pink jacket heading towards the three kids "wait that's.. Jodie" Jodie is Ren's friend they meet couple of times in the week. He gets off his bed and head downstairs, he look for his foster parents to see if they downstairs: "hello? Mom? Dad? Anyone here?" There wasn't no answer, so He gets happy " yay they're not here I can go outside " he grab his jacket and his boots and goes outside. Ren was about to call out to them "hell-"
But He saw a boy stuffing snow on Jodie nose Ren feels bad by what he saw so he run to them and push the boy away from Jodie being released from the boy she coughs a lot: *cough cough*
Ren: "hey are you alright?"
She nods but cough again, Ren gets upset and look at the kid: "what the heck is wrong with you?! You could of suffocate her!"
Boy 1: "what?! I was just playing with her-"
Ren: "playing?! Is that what that was?! You were about to kill her-"
Boy 2: "I don't think that's a bad thing"
Girl: "guys look at this he's protecting her like a boyfriend would is he your boy-friend?!"
The three kids laugh
Jodie hold Ren's arm: "n-no.. He's my friend"
Boy 1: "well I can be your boyfr-!"
Ren: "that's enough!!"
The kids: "..!?"
Ren hair starts to turn while slowly: "how sick are you kids are?! You just don't care what he done! Why do you guys have to be so cruel!!"
The three kids out their hand on their necks it looks like they are not breathing gasping for breath
Ren: "agh!!"
Ren feels huge headache it was so much that he can't even think of see, so he close his eyes and kneel down on the ground he put his right hand on his head, he yells because the pain was so bad that Jodie gets worried about him
Jodie: "Ren! Ren are you okay!?
Ren couldn't hear anything but only see flashes of weird image of himself but older with long black hair with dark red eyes killing different people that he can't describe even he saw a blue line being broken and goes a different way and then it stop, Ren gets back his sight and hearing and the headache is gone: ( what was that? Was that.. Me?.. Why do I look so villianess..? )
Jodie: "R-ren! Are you okay??"
Ren: "i..I don't know.. Wait -"
They looked at the kids but they were on the ground gasping for air, when they catch their breath, they pointed at Jodie and Ren
Boy 1: "h-he's a witch he tried to kill me!"
Jodie helps Ren up but he saw something blue that is attach to her and it was staring at Ren. He didn't mind it and focused at the three kids
Jodie: "what? No? He's not a witch you guys are meanie!"
Girl 1: "shut up or I will let Nick stuff you again-"
Ren: "you guys.. Need to leave.. Us... Alone!!"
The kids gets scared and run away screaming, Jodie let go of Ren's arm but hug him: "thank you.. Both of you.."
Ren: (b-both of us..) He look up and saw it the blue thing nod at Ren, he didn't freak out but stay calm, he hug her back "you're.. Welcome..-"
?: "Jodie?!"
A woman that appears to be Susan Holmes rush towards Ren and Jodie
Susan: "I heard screaming! What happened?"
Jodie: "the kids were stuffing snow on my nose and Ren stop them.. They were mean mom.."
Susan hug Jodie: "shh it's okay sweetie mommy's here" she looked at Ren and realised something weird about him "Ren where did you get white hair and.. Oh gosh you're nose is bleeding!" She let go Jodie , Ren put his finger by his nose and feels something liquid he looked at it and saw blood
Ren: "oh..-"
Susan grab Ren's hand not too tight but carry him: "Jodie come with me and Ren you coming as well"
She carry him to their house in a hurry she open the door: "Philip!"
Philip: "what?"
Susan: "get down here something happen!" She gets Ren on the couch and Ren sit down " sweetie go to your room okay I'll be up there in a minute "
Jodie: "okay.."
She looked at Ren in a worried way then goes upstairs, Philip comes from a room with a phone to his ear: "yes hun? What happened?"
Susan grab some tissue and wipe it on Ren's nose: "Ren and Jodie were getting bullied by those kids and.. I don't know what happened but his hair is white and his nose is bleeding"
Philip looked at Ren: "how?"
Susan: "I don't know but I have to check up on Jodie" she goes upstairs to check on Jodie and Philip kneel to Ren
Philip: "tell me what happened Ren"
Ren: "I don't know.. But I've been getting huge headache lately.."
Philip: "okay, but where is your parents right now?"
Ren: "I don't know.. They not home I think.." He put his hand on his head because he feels pain but not that much as earlier" tch..! "
Philip: "okay just stay clam and imma called them right now"
Ren: "okay.. But I feel... So tired.." He drifted to sleep in the couch
LATER that day
Ren eyes open slowly and it looks like it's nighttime he sit up on the couch and who awaited him was Jodie parents
Ren: "hello.."
Susan: "h-hey Ren.."
Philip: "hey Ren.. We were waiting for you to wake up. How did you sleep?"
Ren: "I sleep.. Okay, the headache is gone.." Ren notice something is wrong with both of them "is something wrong..?"
Susan and Philip looked at each other and then looked back at Ren
Susan: "well.. We been thinking for couple of hours that..that.."
Philip sighs: "we want to tell you that we found a place for you and Jodie to stay there"
Ren: "I have.. Two questions.. Why? and are you guys staying with us? She need you guys"
Susan: "because you and Jodie.. Are different. Jodie thinks that she has a imagery friend and you're hair suddenly change white plus you keep getting headache"
Philip: "to answer that question.. No we not staying.. I know this will make us wrong parents like yours but it's better this way.."
Ren is shock of what's going on and confused: "b-but you're her parents right??"
Philip: "..no we not we adopt her"
Ren: "... oh" (even.. I'm adopt..) Why are you guys telling me all of this I'm just a kid"
Susan: "because.. We just have to. You just need to protect her from any danger okay?"
As Ren about to speak to them, something speak to him
?: (Someone told them to cut you kids off, that person has a different aura I sense. You have to agree with this, trust me)
Ren looked and saw that same blue thing watching Ren and nods Ren sigh and looked at Susan and Philip: "okay.. I will protect her from any danger that comes away"
