10. THE PLACE

        I was so shocked to hear about Delcy's problem. I never in my life thought a girl like her will be going through this kind of problems in his life. I was so heartbroken and at the same time I have no choice other than to console her. She hugged me and shared her entire feelings, which she kept inside her heart deep down where no one have ever peeked upon. I slowly patted her crying self and finally she calmed down. But I can still feel her zoning out. After sitting for sometimes in a calm embrace, we left the orphange. To distract her from her crossing thoughts, I decided to bring her to a beautiful place to calm her aching heart.

" Don't worry Just follow my lead"

I said and she slowly noded her head. I can see a little curve trying to form on its way to her lips. We ran towards the place. I took her to a garden kind of place, situated at the highest peak which consists of beautiful vibrant lavender flowers. Amidst of the aesthetic flowers and its calming fragrance, she stood with the sparkles in her eyes looking curiously at the flowers like a cat. She looked like an angel with that background. She was so mesmerized that she even forgot about my existence. Mother nature is a true healer, isn't she?

" Wow Beautifull!!"
Delcy said with excitement laced on her voice. I knew She loved lavender flowers. She believed that the lavender flowers has the ability to heal her pain. And seeing her happy makes me happy too.

One night, I saw you holding lavender flower in your beautiful hands which was complimented by the purple bracelet. You were talking with it. So I wanted to take you here with me,  Alina " I said to her directly with my purply hearts in my eyes and I hold her hands to assure the broken beauty.

"I will always be with you "

I whispered softly. Then we sat on the rock.. She smiled softly signalling me that her pain are fading which made me happy.

" What a beautiful place it is!! How you know this place ?? "

Delcy exclaimed to which I just chuckled looking at the lost puppy.

" I searched" I replied simply..

    I am struck up on about my past and present is a question mark. I with the heavy heart opened up myself to alina. Alina took me somewhere. And that place is the most breathtaking place I've ever visited in my whole life. It soothed my wounded heart. I loved the care she's showing on me, which I never got to experience in my entire life. No one healed my pain and cared me like her. This is new feeling, which I feel towards her. I am still in daze and happy to be sau atleast. Though I'm hsppy, my insecure self of sadness crossed my mind.

" What a beautiful nature!! Why am I not beautiful like this?? "

I said with sadness lacing my voice.

" What ?? "

Alina asked with confusion.

" I am not beautiful. Right?? Students always bully me saying this" I said.

" What ?? Who feed you bullshits like this? You are fucking beautiful. Even in this room full of flowers you look more beautiful in my eyes. Aren't you looking at your face at mirror every morning,I bet you would be swooned over your beauty" Alina said in one breth.

" How I know that ? Actually, I have mirror fear. So I've never seen my face yet"

I said with little anger and awkwardness

" What ?? You've never seen your face since your birth to till now?"

She asked with top of the shocked face reaction.

" Yess "

I said simply.

"Oh my! "

She said while keeping her hands on her mouth.  It made me a little uncomfortable to be honest. But what can I do??..

" You are gonna be the death of me! You are unpredictable giving me shock after shock". She said over dramatically to which I smiled softly. Few minutes later..

" Okay come with me tomorrow" Alina said again. " Where ? " I asked. 

" Just come no questions ". She said and hug me softly. I was confused, yet I loved her way..

Next day morning , Delcy woke up with smile and exciting after decades of her lonely days. She was excited for her little trip with Alina today. She did all her work happily with a little dance. She waited for Alina outside her cottage. The bullies who loved with her, bullied her and passed the comments as usual but this time delcy neither got angry nor cried. It disappointed the bullies as they left.

" Let her go and we will see her in college... The football match have started. We have to watch it.. Come on girls"..

The girl in the group said and they left. Actually She get ready early..Cuz She have to go with Alina somewhere..Then Alina came.. They holded hands walked to destined to a shop. Delcy saw the shop name and stopped in her tracks. The worst nightmare came alive and left Alina hand. The board read Beauty parlour. Alina was shocked and talk to her.

"  I ugly?? You said that I am natural beauty? Liar " Delcy said with fear.

" I have something for you just come with me " Alina said softly.

" But this place is full of mirrors "

Delcy argued with fear dripping her face as sweats.

" No there is no mirror . I already arranged everything for you Just
Come"

Alina said very softly and holded her hands. Delcy agreed halfheartedly, as Alina said there would be no mirror.. Delcy was so astonished,is there possiblity of a parlour without single mirror? Delcy looks everywhere like confused child making Alina laugh from deep of her stomach.
