7: "Let there be more!"

(this chapter was made because of the song "Isle unto thyself" & insomnia B)

It was a few days before Ross's birthday, specifically 2. Ross kept going to bed way early, just incase he woke up late on his birthday.

Every tally got him presents before his birthday, which bummed Ross out but he still enjoyed them. Like Zubin had bought Ross shoes, they were white and had no creases in them yet. Perfect and brand new.

This night though on the 28th though, Ross had stayed up. He couldn't fall asleep. He went to sleep at 9:30, now it's 10:20. Ross had tossed and turned, flipped over the pillow, kicked on and off the blankets, shut and opened the windows, but he still couldn't sleep. It was one of those nights. Ross hadn't had them in years.

Ross was laying there, staring up at the ceiling. He suffered with his eyes going heavy, but how much he tried he couldn't sleep.

"Maybe to take away the suffering, i should go along and have some late night fun!" Ross thought.

"Let there be more!"

Ross gave in into the no sleeping, he did activities that were fun to him, like drawing. He drew a stick figure of Zubin with emo hair insulting him, pointing out the "stupid" things about him.

Then, Ross was trying out all of the outfits in his closet. He was making a "Throw out" & "keep" pile, because he decided he wanted a new look. Ross had a old jacket on that he had when he was 19 when he noticed the time on his clock

"5:24 AM" It read.

"Oh shoot. I have to go to sleep..." Ross thought.

Ross climbed into bed with the jacket still on, snuggled up into his blankets getting comfy. All warm, if he took off his blankets he will be freezing because it was cold.

Ross eventually fell asleep, swaddled in blankets & sleeping like a baby.

Ross woke up, he was too tired to move. Instead, he looked at the clock. It read out "8:00 AM." Ross was tired, so he shut his eyes closed & went to bed.
