Chapter 5

Normani's POV

It was just a couple of days ago my bestie Jordin came to me crying because she couldn't understand what she did wrong to make her girlfriend all of a sudden started to turn her down when she had attempted sex and one think Keyshia had never done with her was turn down sex.

She explained to me before jumping into any conclusions that she had let the first time of her turning her down slide because Keyshia told her that she was really tired from being overbooked from work.She went with that,but the second time she turned her down for sex Keyshia had another excuse and Jordin was worried and hurt but she never told Keyshia that she was.She also mentioned that they always had a great sex life so for her to out of the blue act offish with her about it got to her.

Y'all when she told me that I was skeptical.I told her that there was probably an explanation which I myself believed on one hand,but on the other hand my gut told me something wasn't right about Keyshia's behavior.So I did what any real worried best friend would,and that would be investigate on my own.

I work at the hospital with Jordin so I know her hours and she worked tonight and coincidentally I was off.So I decided to see what Keyshia was up to by driving over to her house parked away from her.I could see her but she couldn't see me.She left her house late at night and I drove behind her in distance but not distant enough to loose track of her.She pulled up to this 5 star hotel I am very familiar with because I use to work here.

I seen Keyshia hurry up and get off of her cellphone and head to one of the elevators which she needed a room key for but she already had the connection because I seen with my own two eyes in shock Ms.Sparks,Jordin's mom pull her inside and head up to her room I assume.

I needed to see what Keyshia was really up too and fortunately I was still cordial to my former boss aka my ex boyfriend who was still crazy over me and I lied and told him that I would let him hit this pussy he was always an addict for again if he had told me if the name Dorinda Sparks had a room here which he said she does and gave me his access key card in order to use the elevator to send me up to the floor that she was on plus her room number.

When I got that help and information I rode the elevator to my destination point and slowly walked the floor looking for the room number.When I found the room and surprisingly their was no do not disturb sign on the handle,instead of opening the door with this access key I decided to really catch their asses by surprise and get hard evidence.I pressed the record button on my iPhone held in one hand and knocked on the door and said I was housekeeping and kept the peephole covered with my other hand.When the door opened I busted my way through the room.They didn't know what the fuck to do.

"Oh my God Normani?what are you doing here?"Dorinda said holding a sheet over her body

"Don't even do that Ms.Sparks I'll get to you in a minute."

I walked over to Keyshia.

"My gut told me that you were too good to be true for my best friend,that you aren't any good but because my best friends happiness meant more than anything to me I chose to let it go.I'm mad I let it go,but at the same time I'm not mad that I let it go because you pretty much hung yourself by being caught."

"Ms.Sparks I really want to ask you why,but it's not my place at the end of the day because it's Jordin's.What my place is in all of this would be continuously being Jordin's real and caring best friend and I'll be damned if I let y'all slide with this shit on the low."

They were both looking at each other like some straight up guilty dumb ass mothafuckas because they were caught.I stopped my recording and put my phone in my pocket.

"So my last message to you two will be to tell her the fucking truth that she deserves to know asap because I'll know if you didn't and your still putting on an act by how Jordin reacts.If you don't tell her immediately I will."I said rolling my eyes strutting out the room riding the elevator down to the lobby,giving my ex the key and informing him that I will still make it up to him (not!!)

I drove away in my Jeep just hoping that they tell Jordin about this sneaky affair of theirs before I do.
