Chapter 19

I didn't know what to do I was scared but I knew I couldn't leave Luca alone there

I walked out rushing only to see him aiming his gun at people with their hands up in their air

As if they're giving up....

But Luca didn't notice the guy on his right aiming right at him

"Luca nooo!!!"

I sprinted towards him catching his attention but he still didn't seem to notice

I threw my body at him Trying to protect him That's when I heard the gun shot

The sizzling pain going through my body the pain especially on the back of my shoulder The type of pain that I Never felt before

The guys that Luca held at gun point ran outside and they took their opportunity to run

My vision is starting to become hazy and everything is starting to become blurry

I hear a faint voice calling me everything is starting to fade

"Daisy don't you dare close your eyes on me"

Luca his strong hands cupping my cheeks as he screams some random Italian words

And just like that everything is dark no voice ,no people ,no one with me ,just me alone in the darkness

LUCA POV

I didn't know why she was sprinting at me until I heard the gunshots

I can't believe she actually took a gunshot for me

"Daisy don't you dare close your eyes on me"

I said to her as I started to notice her eyes closing

"Chiamate Marcus e James, dite loro di portare subito un dottore al magazzino"

I told the waitress who is actually undercover working for me

(Call Marcus and James, tell them to take a doctor to the warehouse right away)

I lifted her up before I quickly rushed her to my car

I started driving as fast as I can trying to make sure she's okay

I arrived to the ware house just in time .Marcus and James also pull up with the doctor

"You injured again boss" Marcus laughs

I didn't answer him but I quickly went to pick up daisy who was sitting unconscious next to me

"Oh shit" James let out

We sprint inside with daisy on my arm making sure she's safe

I felt very terrible that bullet was meant for me yet she took it for me

"I'll take her from here" the doctor announces as I realize we're in the surgery room

I placed her gently on the surgery bed

"I need you all to leave so I can start to operate" the doctor tells us

"Come on "marcus Pulls me out

I walked out feeling all worried why do I even care about her

"How did you get yourself in this situation" James asked breaking me from my thoughts

"The Americans attacked"
