I grabbed the guitar for the corner of the garage. The garage had a layout of a rug in the middle, posters spread all across the room, my guitar stand, a seat for me, a beanbag in the other corner and a record player on a side table next to the couch I had bought from someone with my own money. My family wasn't the wealthiest but my parents still wanted to me to peruse my dreams of becoming a huge famous Rockstar legend. They knew that wasn't going to happen of course, but I had been playing on those little toy guitars since I was six. When I was about 11 my parents bought me a brand new, beautiful, REAL guitar. How did they afford it? I still don't know till this day, but I never wanna ask because that would break the entire concept of it being a GIFT. You never ask how much your gifts were. Well, unless your those people that put the receipts in the gift bag. Which I think defeats the whole purpose but eh. Whatever. Ever since I was a little boy I've wanted to be in an amazing band, but I think yesterday was the day. I saw a poster on an electrical post. It said, " JOIN THE ONE AND ONLY SUNSET CURVE! " in absolutely terrible handwriting.  I looked at the poster just a little longer and took the pen out of my pocket and wrote the phone number on my wrist. I sprinted home, barged in the door, and ran straight for the phone. I looked at the ink on my wrist and dialed the number into the number pad. I held the phone up to my ear and the phone rang, and rang...and rang. Finally there was a voice from the other side of the line. "THISSSS IS REGGIE FROM SUNSET CURVE! " The voice said. It was kind of attractive. " Uh.. Hi! I'm Elliot Waters and I uh, saw your poster in town.. " I said with a big smile on my face. Talking to this, " Reggie " guy, made me happy inside.

" Oh so you would like to audition for the band? " He said in a friendly tone.

" That's what I was hoping for, yeah. "

"Then you've called the right number! " he gave me an address to go to and instructions in order to join the band. I had to right my own song, and if that song made me into the band I would have to have " Now or Never " memorized so that I would be able to preform at the Orpheum in two weeks.

I had went to the Orpheum the day after. I saw the band singing the song, "Now or Never. " They sounded really good. I didn't know if I would be good enough for this band. I saw the boy named Reggie. He played on a red bass guitar and his singing voice was absolutely beautiful.  He looked at me as he held his long note. He winked at me and I gleamed a huge smile. He was even more gorgeous in person. He locked eyes with me for the rest of the song. After the big ending the band came up to me and they introduced themselves.

" I'm.. Luke, " the lead singer said.

" Alex. "

"Bobby. "

" And I'm Reggie, but you obviously already know that. " He said winking at me once more.

" Yeah. Nice to meet you all! You sounded amazing! " I had said to the four of them.

" I know, but you probably sound better, " said Reggie in a flirty tone.

" Could you stop flirting with him for one minute! " said Alex.

Reggie rolled his eyes.

" I've never written a song before so I don't know how I'll be.. "

" I could help you out! " Reggie barged in.

" I- Uh- sure? " I had replied. That was the day I had realized I'm not who I thought I was..  I'm not only into girls. Maybe I'm not into them at all..
