Lang x reader (REVAMPED)

Chapter 1 - Cafe

You rush into the cafe desperately grasping papers that were trying to fly away. Arriving in the cafe you look around to see it has a few customers quietly sitting at a few tables calmly sipping coffee or doing work. You walk nervously to the front counter and ring the bell, hoping a manager would come out.

Eventually someone with short brown and pink hair steps out of the backroom.

???:
"Hi, welcome to Cafe how can I help you?"

You:
"Oh! I came here for an interview at..2:30?"

???:
"Oh you must be Y/N, please come to the back."

You can't help but feel a familiar presence within the person you're following, the accent, the looks, the vibe, it all seemed too familiar.

Soon the green eyed individual leads you to a room in the back with papers, a computer, and what seems to be a schedule. You assumed this was the office where your interview were to take place and sat down in a chair nearby.

???:
"Welcome Y/N are you ready for your interview?"

You:
"Yeah I'm ready."

???:
"Alright, my name is Rosa and I'm going to-"

You:
"Wait..Rosa!?"

Rosa sat in their chair confused, tilting her head slightly.

You:
"Rosa it's me, Y/N! Don't you remember me from the pumkin cult server?"

Rosa sat questioning in his chair, a hand rubbing their chin.

Rosa:
"Oh I know you, I knew your name sounded familiar."

Rosa smiled and started typing something on the computer in front of her.

Rosa:
"Okay let's continue our interview."

You nod your head and answer the questions Rosa asks to the best of your ability. After an hour Rosa wraps up the interview and shakes your hand.

Rosa:
"I'll send you an email and you can start working then, see you."

You:
"Okay see you later on discord Rosa!"

You waved goodbye and exited the cafe. Jumping into your car you drive home to your apartment, while getting your keys someone runs past and bumps you aside.

You turn around to see someone in a black coat speed down the stairs. You mutter under your breath and step into your apartment.

You walk in to see Zef and Mango sitting at the kitchen table having a chat.

You:
"Hey guys you won't believe what just happened."

Zef and Mango turned around to face you and you tell them about how Rosa worked at the cafe you applied to.

Mango:
"Wow that's awesome! I didn't know Rosa lived in our city, now we can visit him from time to time now."

Y/N:
"I can't wait, I hope I get the job."

Zef:
"I hope you get the job too."

Zef then walked back to his room and Mango went to the kitchen. You head to the bathroom to take a shower.

After getting out of the shower Mangos cat, Banh xeo, greets you by meowing loudly and leading you to his food bowl.

Y/N:
"What a silly kitty, it's not time for you to eat yet."

You pet Banh xeo and walk to the kitchen to get a snack; Mango was already there cooking dinner.

Y/N:
"Hi Mango, what are you cooking?"
