◇ Welcome to U.A.! ◇ 《Chapter 1》

*Hello, Ari here! Welcome to the first chapter of my Bakugo X Reader fanfic! Thank you SO MUCH for checking this out, it really means the world to me! I wanted to add that I would REALLY appreciate it if you would give me some constructive criticism. I want to improve on my writing, so it would really help a lot. Anyway, enough with my rambling. Onward with the story!*

" Welcome to U.A.!" Chapter 1

Y/n's POV:

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

My alarm blared in my ear, and I quickly swatted my hand at it, attempting to shut off the obnoxious noise. The sound stopped, and I buried my face in my pillow, groaning. I slowly drifted off to sleep again without realizing, and probably about 20 minutes later, Father bursted into the room, trudging toward me, with a face full of seriousness.

" Y/n. Up. It's your first day at U.A."

I lifted my tired head from the pillow, my eyes adjusting to the bright light of day. I reluctantly sat up, rubbing my eyes and stretching my arms outward. I looked up at Father, yawning softly. " Wha.."

" U.A.? First day?"

My eyes widened. Oh right! It was my first day at U.A.! I have dreamed of going to U.A., ever since I was just a small child. I have always wanted to be a hero, because I was helping people and making the world a better place. Today was the day that my lifetime dream could become a reality..

I quickly sprang out of my bed, and skittered over to my closet. Father sighed and slowly walked out of my room. I quickly changed into my uniform ( I got it when I was accepted to go to U.A.) and stuffed all my supplies into my red drawstring backpack. I put my shoes on, and I booked it out of the door.

" SLOW DOWN, Y/N! AND DON'T BE AN IDIOT, MAKE A GOOD IMPRESSION!" Father blared.
" OKAY, WHATEVER, BYE!"

I lived fairly close to U.A., so I bolted all the way there. Once I finally got there, I stood in front of the giant gates, panting. I bent down, resting my hands on my knees as I rapidly caught my breathe. While I was basically dying of suffocation, someone came behind me and tapped my shoulder gentily.

"E-Excuse me, Miss?"

It was a little girl, around 7 or 8 years old. She had long, blueish-white hair, strawberry red eyes, and a little horn sticking from the side of her head.

" Are you okay?" She said. I stood up straight looking down at the little girl. I smiled softly " I'm alright, thank you, kiddo!" She smiled back. " Do you go to U.A.? I haven't seen you before.." She muttered quietly. I replied " Actually, this is my first day!" " Well, you are going to love it. U.A. is very nice.." She smiled bigger, and so did I. " I bet I will!" A man came up behind the child. He was very broad and mascular, and he had blonde hair and round, blue eyes. " Hello!" He said in a confident tone. " You must be the extremely strong new student, am I correct?" He grinned. I blushed a bit of embarrassment. " W-Well.. I wouldn't say extremely strong.." He laid his hand on my shoulder " Well, pleasure to meet you! I would chat more, but me and this little one have Story Time at the library!" He took his hand off my shoulder, and grabs the little girl's hand. They both skipped away, and the man shouted back at me " Nice to meet you! I can't wait to see what you can do!" I watched them as they skipped away and dissappeared into the distance. I smiled, then turning my head to see the giant gates in front of me. I inhaled and exhaled. 'You can do this, Y/n..' I thought to myself. The gates opened, and I stared at the big school that laid inside 'It's now or never..' I began to walk into the school, thinking about all my childhood dreams that were about to come true..

Bakugo's POV:

I opened the door of Class 1-A, and I looked around. Great, some of the extras are here. Deku, Dunce Face, Sh^t Hair, Sonic, IcyHot, and Alien Queen were all already here, blabbing to each other like a buncha idiots. Whatever. They all face their heads toward me. I just greet them with a "Tch.." And I stomp to my seat, sitting down in it. All the extras suddenly charge toward my desk, hugging me and blabbing their useless crap that I couldn't care less about.

" BAKUBRO!!" Sh^t Hair yelled. He walked over to me and fvcked up my hair, rubbing it. " How are ya, bro??"
" Fine, I guess. Now you all better go away before I blow you @sses to hell."

Dunce Face then came up behind me and hugged me. I was pissed as hell, and everyone looked at him like he was a psychopath. Which he was. I slowly turned my head toward him, with the angriest look on my face. " You damn idiot.." I growled. He quickly let go, and he backed away slowly. I pounced for him, about to let out a huge explosion when all the other extras grabbed my hands and restrained me. I still pulled, and their weak @sses could barely hold me back ( Probably because Sh^t Hair wasn't helping) They then knocked me to the ground, and pinned me there. I still struggled to get out of the grasp of them, screaming some not-so-nice words at damn Dunce Face. Just then, Pink Cheeks burst through the door and wailed " GUYS! GUESS WHAT!"

The damn Extras all let go and crowded around Pink Cheeks, curious about the supposedly exciting news. I went towards her as well. I mean, it's not like I care or anything, I just deserve to know. Pink Cheeks screamed excitedly " I HEARD WE ARE GETTING A NEW STUDENT!" Everyone gasped and crowded around Floaty, begging her for more details. I, of course, was pissed. I had yet another extra that I had to deal with. I grumbled and stomped off to my seat, again. I slouched down, leaning my head back and closing my eyes. Suddenly, someone walked through the door. I opened one of my eyes to see a random person walk into the classroom. They had (h/c) hair, and (e/c) eyes. They smiled softly, turning a bit red at all the attention that was forwarded at them. All the other extras stared at them in awe, and they formed a circle around them, almost like sharks on bait. I stood up again, and joined in the circle. I'm not curious or anything! I just need to get to know my new classmate..

Y/n's POV:

They all swarmed around me like flies on a light. I turned bright red.

"Oh my goodness, hi!!" A pink, alien-looking girl said.
"I told you all! You were starting to not believe me!" A girl with short brown hair said.
"Wow.. A new student.. This late? I'm surprised they let them in.." An ordinary looking boy with green hair said.

I stared at the green-haired boy, in shock. Suddenly, an angry blonde pushed all the other students out of the way, and charged towards me. I stare at him as he puts his face close to mine.

" LISTEN HERE, EXTRA!" He spat.
"I'M GONNA BE THE NUMBER 1 HERO, SO DON'T GET IN MY WAY. JUST BECAUSE YOU GOT IN SOMEHOW DOESN'T MAKE YOU BETTER." He hissed. I looked in his eyes, and giggled, patting his head. " I'll make sure to keep that in mind, blondie!" I laughed a bit harder, and the ashe-blonde looked at me in disbelief.

Bakugo's POV:

Who does this extra think they are?! They can't talk to me like that. I noticed all the other extras staring at them, astonished. I grabbed them by the collar of their shirt, preparing an explosion. In that moment, Teach walked in, in his usual state as a caterpillar. He groaned, and muttered " Let Y/n go, and sit down, Problem Child.." I drop the extra and storm off to my seat. Aizawa then flops on the floor and says in his usual monotone voice. " Everyone, this is Y/n. They will be joining us. I expect you to treat them with kindness and respect." He glared at me, and I glared back. I wasn't too worried about the extra, anyway. They don't seem that strong. They'll learn their place eventually. I watch them as they sit in the seat by me. I quickly look away, turning the slightest bit red. Aizawa started to teach, and we start doing our first hour, Math.

OMG, TYSM FOR READING! I APPRECIATE IT! Sorry if it is a bit boring right now, this chapter was mostly about Y/n getting into U.A. after this, it'll gey a lot more interesting, I promise! Also, please comment below some pointers and requests, I am a new writer, ane the feedback realky helps.
