Whats so wrong? Skid x Pump

Chapter 1: Meeting.

A few years after the prolog Skid is now two and he and his "mom" were at the park. Skid was running around crazily when he spotted something between the slides. He got closer to what it was and he saw a little boy in a pumpkin costume, he looked to be the same age and was crying, Skid sat down beside him and boy turned to him and backed up, Skid smiled and waved at the boy and that seems to calm him down a little as he sat back next to Skid, "Hi! What's your name?" Skid asked nicely, "P-Pump, yours?" "Skid!" The boy named Pump smiled a little and they talk for a long while when Lila called for Skid, "Skid! Skid honey!" "Oh, that's my mom." Skid grabbed Pump's hand they ran over the Lila, "Mom! I made a new friend!" Lila smiled, "That's wonderful honey! Where's his mom?" Pump then blurted, "They're walking around the park! They will be here soon." Lila was a little taken it back, but calmed down, "Oh ok. Well, Skid we have to go." Skid frowned, "Awww but mom!" "I'm sorry Skid but we have to go." Skid looked down and then hugged Pump, "Ok...well...see you soon." Pump nodded, "Yeah...see you soon." Skid and Lila then walked away.

-Time skip, bedtime.-

"And they lived happily ever after." Lila had just finished reading Skid a bedtime story and leaned in to kiss Skid, "Night Skid." "Night mom!" Lila then leads and turns off the lights.

Skid couldn't sleep when he heard a knock on his window. He turned to the window and saw Pump! He ran to the window and opened it, "Pump! What are you doing here!?" Skid pulls Puno into his room, "I followed you and your mom when you left." Skid smiles and hugged him, "Yay! We can play now!" Skid and Pump then started to play and talk quietly, they got to know each other pretty well and enjoyed each other's company, and before long they both got tired and fall asleep under the covers in Skid's bed, cuddling, "Hehe Skid's mom is going to have some questions in the morning, hehe~" A voice says outside the window, "A lot of questions indeed." She then runs away, "And happy spooky month to you both!!" Who is this person that keeps on coming, we'll find out soon, I promise.

-Time skip, next morning.-

"How?" "I let him through my window." Lila was looking at Skid in pure shock, wandering how Pump got into their house, "Ok..well your little friends should probably be going now." Skid looked down sad, "Aw...ok..." Pump also looked sad and hugged Skid bye before he walked out the door.

-Woohoo!! Chapter one is done!!
