Hogwarts. I got into Hogwarts. Guess I'll be in the class of 1989. I walk downstairs after studying the piece of parchment that looked like it's been in the back of someone's drawer for too long. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" I hear a voice shout. I whip my head around, and sigh when I realize that the voice belonged to my friends, not some random intruder.
"You guys scared me!" I laugh, showing my face full of relief. "It wouldn't have been a surprise if you'd have known." Caroline shrugged. "Well, in a month, that'll be most likely the last time I'll ever see you." I say, a silly look on my face. Madison gasped and hugged me. "It's alright M, I'm sure I'll be fine. The place is some really weird place but good?" I say, my voice in a way of questioning something.
A few hours later, my friends leave after we almost get 'drunk' on sparkling apple cider and 5 pints of ice cream. LOL. Imma remember that forever. I mean, of course I will, we took like 2 billion photos.
A month and 15 million more sleepovers later, it's time to go kill the wicked witch of the west. Kidding, kidding. It's time to go to Hogwarts. "Percy, you first." I hear someone say as my eyes follow towards a boy with jet black hair and circular glasses and some other kid with red hair. "Excuse me!" I call out, just as the plump woman and a small girl about a year younger than me start to run into the wall.
"Sorry to startle you but are you going to platform 9 ¾?" I ask. "New to Hogwarts? Ron's first year too. Just run through the wall and you'll be there." I nod and skeptically run through the wall. The platform is bustling with different people. I boarded the train after hugging my parents.
"Is it okay if I sit here?" I ask, opening a compartment door. "Sure." A boy with dirty blonde hair nodded. "I'm y/n by the way, it's nice to meet you." I smile. "I'm Cedric. It's nice to meet you too."
5 years later
Me again. Disappointed? Right now, I could be 5 million times better. Cedric hasn't talked to me since year 5, he's too occupied with his other friends. Anyways, I'm heading to the great hall with no one and going to sit at my usual spot at the Ravenclaw table.
"SILENCE!" I hear Dumbledore shout. I jump and turn towards him. Everyone quiets down, recognizing Dumbledore's tone of voice. "The Triwizard tournament will be taking place in Hogwarts this year. For your safety, students 17 and up, can only participate. Now, welcome Beauxbatons!" Ladies in pastel blue silk outfits burst through the doors of the great hall, walking elegantly down the middle of the isle. Once at the bottom of the teachers table, they started a gymnastics routine.
They soon took seats at the end or where ever spot they could find open at the Ravenclaw table. A few girls sat next to me, some at my left and right and some across from me. "Hello, my name is Bella." A girl next to me says with her thick French accent. "I'm Y/n. Nice to meet you."
First Task
Updating you again. The first task is here, and Cedric, Harry, Fleur, and Viktor, have been chosen. I go to the champions tent, and press my ear against the cloth. "Cedric?" I whisper. "Y/n?" He whispers back. "I just wanted to say good luck. Don't get yourself killed." I reply. I soon give him a small hug and smile as I leave the tent.
"FIRST UP! CEDRIC DIGGORY!" Shouts a narrator as Cedric steps out of the tent, facing a large dragon. "God why'd it have to be dragons." I mutter, my eyes following Cedric's every move. I mutter a small spell so that the dragon doesn't 'accidently' whack Cedric with it's tail and kill Cedric. Cedric conjured something that looked like a small animal to distract the dragon and grab the golden egg.
Dinner
"Good job." "You were Brilliant!" The chatters all around me, mostly from the table next to me, Hufflepuff. I make my lips into a thin line and quickly pack up my stuff and leave the hall.
The Yule Ball
Today's the Yule Ball. We were informed about a month ago and I was now getting ready to do my hair and put on my dress and makeup. My dress is a pale mint green and my makeup is natural.
I'm going with a boy called Marcus, he had asked me so I said yes. I didn't have anyone else ask me, plus, he's also my age.. I walk down the stairs to the great hall, decorated in what looks like ice and snow making the hall more amazing than it usually is.
My dress:
"Hi." I say, giving Marcus a smile after taking his arm. I spend half the night dancing with Marcus until I decided to take a walk alone through the castle. I walk up the spiral stairs to the astronomy tower and lean on railing.
"Thought I'd find you here." I heard a voice say. My head turns to the side, and I notice Cedric "Hi." I say. "You look great." He replies. I blush and look down. "What's been up with you?" Cedric asks. "I've been better I guess." I say. "I mean you look perfectly fine with your date with Cho and all." I say.
"What do you mean about that?" Cedric asks. "I like you Cedric! When are you going to realize that you idiot!" I raise my voice. I bolt down the stairs going as fast as my white flowered flats could take me. I feel tears streaming down my face as I hear Cedric calling after me. At the end of the stairs, I feel a hand grab my wrist.
I whip my head around just to see Cedric holding me from running any further. "I like you to Y/n." He brings me into a hug and I rest my head on his shoulder. "C'mon, follow me." He grabs my hand, pulling me through empty corridors and classrooms, finally reaching the Black Lake.
"Milady?" Cedric says jokingly, extending his hand out for me to take. He bows in a silly way and I curtsy, being as silly as him. We dance for a bit before resting on a tree stump. Resting my head on his shoulder, I look up at the stars
3rd Task
Harry and Cedric entered the maze. The only thing I could really do was watch.
An hour later. Huh, not done yet? I close my eyes, trying to use my connection with Cedric. I see the shining blue and grey trophy and Cedric with Harry. Their going to touch it together. Portkey. Portkey! C'mon, c'mon. I squeeze my eyes shut, about to apparate to the boys.
"PROTEGO!" I shout, blocking a curse from hitting the boys. "Get back to the cup, The portkey!" I shout, Cedric and Harry scrambling to their feet. They touch the cup just as I finish blocking the curse. I grab onto the cup just as it's about to bring the boys back to the maze.
10 Years Later
"Cedric!" I call out. "Can you get the kids ready?" I start packing my purse. ready to go to the station. I walk upstairs and see Cedric trying to catch Oliver. Sienna is standing in the corner, giggling while watching her father chase after her 3 months older brother. "Oliver..." I say in a warning tone. "Go get dressed you don't want to be late for Hogwarts do you?"
Oliver grinned and quickly put his shirt on properly. "You ready?" Cedric asks before kissing my forehead. "Course."
