The Albatross - It's that bird there! If you live in Galapagos you can see it. He flies high and lonely over the ocean.. Beautiful. He spends most of his life in flight, he is beautiful and mighty: floats for a long time in the air never beating them. Not hours or days, he flies for months. He alights on land only to find a mate. He is monogamous and once he finds his mate . He lives with her. Together Forever. They fly and migrate for the rest of their lives. Explore the end to end of this eternal world. Wing in Wing. For me and him, Hand in Hand.

The phoenix - In times of doubt and confusion, it symbolises strength, transformation and renewal and destiny. From only from the ashes of who we were, can we rise up to become who were meant to be and meet who we were meant to meet - the destiny of that what we crave, the happy ending that is. Becomes the destiny that destroys. That breaks and tortures. That makes an individual insane. That made me insane.

An old Turk legend shows the 4 feelings that The Albatross must overcome. The obstacles that are able to consume it:

Envy Ego Forgetfulness Love

If he survives these 4 emotions, then you can see his truth. The truth that he hides before everyone but expresses before you. The side that no one sees - the love he gives no one else. How he treats you versus how he treats everyone else. How when your with him, neither of you think of anyone else. That's true love.

I truly thought I found my albatross. He overcame all 4 and proved his love to me through the most beautiful ways: mesmerising me each time so each time I looked at his face, I fell in love once again.

And that was my biggest weakness....
