Y/N's POV
I got of the bus and stepped down onto the concrete. I sighed and smiled slightly,happy to be starting over for once in my life.

Everything about Danville seemed perfect in my eyes. It's big,I don't know anyone and they don't know me,the people are friendly, etc. I mean there were strange happenings almost every day,but nobody gets hurt or seems to care anyway.

I pick my stuff up off the sidewalk and head inside my apartment building. The lobby area is quaint and cozy,which makes me immediately feel right at home.

I walk up to the front desk and don't see anyone behind it. I look around and ring the bell until I hear an angry,

"Ehem!" I am startled and look down to see a very short fat man looking up at me. He is very professional looking for being so small. He has a whiskery mustache and a balding,shiny head.

"EHEM! EXCUSE ME" he shouts in his raspy,smoker voice.

Oh I um i'm s-sorry sir I zoned out there for a second." He just looks at me impatiently.

"Oh! I'm Y/N,L/N,sorry. I just need my apartment key." I look down at the man and smile politely. He just rolls his eyes and pulls out a large scroll that rolls out across the lobby. I jump out of the way and yelp quietly. He finds my name and pulls out a small box and shoves it at me. I reach for it,but have to bend quite far over the counter to retrieve it from the man.

"Thank you very much sir." I say while holding my stomach since I hurt myself bending over the sharp edge of the counter. The (very rude) man just scoffs and waves me away.

I finally get to my apartment after hundreds of stairs. I'm panting and sweating but relieved to be done.

"God! What is up with all these stairs?" I inquire to myself while severely out of breath. I try to unlock my door but it doesn't budge. Frustrated I throw myself against it hurting my shoulder in the process. After trying for a minute or two I hear an annoyed yet handsome voice,

"Um excuse me? What exactly do you think you're doing." I turn around, almost falling over,to see a very sexy man in a white lab coat holding a bag of groceries.
