its been 9 years. caleb has been searching for his sister for nine years. it was only when last year his rage got the best of him. and now he stood in the forest in the cold. his body was numb but his heart was full of rush and fear. as his hands warm because of the blood of the person in front of him.this is what it has come to. this is the 20th person he has killed this year looking for haley. looking for his beloved sister and the victims always have no answer.
caleb just wanted his sister. he just wants to hug her and be the big brother again. thats all. but there he was walking back home and cleaning up. it was like everyday was a loop, he would find someone, get no answer, then leave the body there like nothing happened.
caleb looked at the tv as the news played softly.
'theres a new killer among us that what locals call chaos, they leave their mark by taking the victim, and carving a symbol in their forehead that reads in Japanese chaos thats all for tonight and this is cameron from local 58.' the womans voice spoke as it went to a ad break.
all caleb could do was snicker to how dumb these people are. it was so simple to find him. so. so simple.
as caleb went to bed it was like he could hear haleys cry for help all over again.
"i will find you"
haley climbed out the window ever so carefully and went into the snow ten feet below. she made it out of that hell hole finally. haley silently celebrated as she ran home, she bardged in the door and looked around for caleb. he wasnt there. and her mom looked at her like she saw a stranger.
"mom!"
"im sorry- who are you?"
haley stood there dumb founded. her brother was gone. and her family doesnt remember her. thats fucking fantastic.
