By the time Trey got to bed last night I was fast asleep, right now we were just cuddled up enjoying each other's company. We had been laying like this for about three hours now, sooner or later I'd have to get up for work.
"I got some business to take care of today but I'm gonna be able to pick you up tonight." He says out of nowhere, breaking the silence.
I looked up at him, "Are you sure, Trey?"
"Promise you."
I smiled slightly; Trey never broke his promises.
Our little moment was cut short when there was a knock on the door, causing CoCo to start wildin. Trey got up first, me following behind him after putting my silk robe on my half naked body.
"Oh." Trey says as he pulls back from the peephole, unlocking and opening the door.
My face went from confused to happy in a matter of seconds, seeing my big brother walk in with my niece in his arms. The four-year-old immediately outstretched her arms towards me, I gladly took her. I haven't seen them in forever. None of my siblings actually. We're all busy with work, and I'm busy with school, we never really get together anymore.
"What're you doing here, Anthony?" I pulled him into a hug, "Figured we'd pop up on y'all. Haven't seen y'all in a minute." He says as he pulls out the hug.
"It has been a while..." I trailed off, "Well since you're here you can take me to work!"
"What happened to your car now?"
We had all moved into the living area, sitting on the couch as Zyla ran around with CoCo.
"It broke down last night." I shrugged, "Janae, when are you gonna get rid of that junk?" My brother looked at me.
"Been telling her she need a new car." Trey budded in.
I will, eventually. I just wanted to make sure everything else that I have planned is taken care of first. A car can come last, I needed to stack up all my money first before I could even think of buying a car.
We sat around for a little bit more, I actually had time to make everybody breakfast and sit around and eat with them before I had to get ready for work. I sat on the wooden floor in front of my mirror applying my makeup as Zyla and CoCo watched, Zyla repeatedly telling me how pretty I looked and that I needed to do her makeup.
"I will, one of these days boo." I laugh getting up from the floor, "But right now I gotta get dressed."
I shooed her out the room, stripping out of my pajamas and walking over to my selection of clothing. I slid on some fishnets and then pulled up the little black mini skirt, throwing on one of the club tanks they had given us when we first started working there. One of the things that I love about working there, we really only had to wear a uniform on Friday's. As long as it's black or covered in a whole bunch of sequins it's fine.
The door opens and Trey walks in, his dreads hanging in front of his face, but he somehow still managed to get to me. Hugging me from behind as I looked at myself in the mirror.
"You look good, baby." He kisses my neck. I smiled pulling away, not wanting to get turned on before I had to leave.
"Ten, Trey. Ten thirty at the latest." I reminded him, "I know, I'll be there." He assures me.
I turned around and gave him a quick peck before grabbing my trench coat, he helped me in it and I slid on my pumps before walking out of my bedroom. My brother and Zyla were already ready to go, saying their goodbyes to Trey and CoCo before we walked out the door.
