Our lives continued peacefully since then.

Father seemed to be relaxed, and I had a feeling that the man named Mundus, was bothering us anytime soon.

When I wasn't studying with Mother or training with Father, I liked sitting outside in our large backyard.

There was no gates, so I could walk into the forest if I decided to wander.

I promised my parents that I wouldn't go to far that I couldn't find a way back.

Sometimes Dante and Vergil would join me outside, we mostly played tag or looked at the clouds to see what they possibly looked like from our perspective.

I think I liked it the most when all 5 of us were out here.

But soon, I had a feeling that Father his something from us. Especially that it had to do with Mundus.

I didn't say anything, I didn't want my brothers to worry about it. So I acted like I didn't know anything either.

Mother was preparing herself. She hadn't killed demons in a long time, ever since she had me. But I knew she wasn't at all faltering in case she had to fight.

Father told me about what he and Mother left for the three of us.

I had received a medallion, (like the one in the picture) from Father. The pale green gem shined whenever I put it in the light. I liked it. I got my own sword as well.

The twins received their respective halves of Mother's necklace.

Vergil received the blue half. Dante received the red half.

From Father, he passed to them his two swords he used to wield. The two swords were the Yamato and the Rebellion. Dante got Rebellion and Vergil got Yamato.

I swear the twins would always carry their swords whenever Father was not home and when he would come home late, dealing with Mundus and all. They also always wore their necklaces always. You could never get them to take them off.

One time, when they were 8(and I was 12) I walked into their shared room, and they were cuddling with the swords as if they were people.

Now I wasn't really worried about Vergil since Yamato had a sheathe but I was concerned with Dante. Rebellion had no way of being covered as far as I knew. So I thought he cut himself on the large blade.

But thankfully he did not.

I was able to calm Mother down with that information when she nearly had a heart attack seeing Dante holding the sword so close to his smaller body.

The weapon Mother gave me, I had alway kept with me, but a little less obvious unlike my brothers. It was a simple looking "belt."

When really, it could transform into 2 different weapon forms.

Both had different qualities however, one was never more stronger than the other. They were equally strong on their own as weapons. *

These weapons and accessories were what we inherited from both our Mother and our Father.

They meant the world to the three of us.

And we would use them one say, to take care of ourselves and to protect one another.

We had to watch out for each other. We were Family.
