Aisha's POV
A whole 6 lessons past and I couldn't stop thinking about how sinful Ali was earlier. Was he always that disrespectful? Was he raised that way? More over, if we were to get married, would he treat me like that? I was about to think of more resonable questions when suddenly Mr Khaliq's voice called out my name
"Aisha, what is the answer!"
"Sorry,answer to what" I replied, confused
"To the circumference of this round circle"
More like the circumference of your head I thought
"Hurry up and say the answer Aisha
"Ummm"
Suddenly Ali threw a piece of paper at me which had the answer on it
"Sorry for taking so long. My head was hurting and all ..."
"Hurry up and answer the question" Mr Khaliq said impatiently
"The answer is 21"
"Incorrect" he said "the answer is 12cm squared. I advise you to revise your notes beforehand and stop wasting the class' time"
Sorry i though
It wasn't long till the bell rang and I was the first one to run out of class. As I was trying to stop thinking about Ali, Fadumina popped out of nowhere and asked
"Dude are you ok"
"Yepp" I lied
"What happened in the hallway"
"Look I really don't want to talk about that idiot" I snapped
"Ohh so im an idiot" Ali said "ouchh that hurt"
I seriously was so close to slapping this guy
"Do you understand what personal space is" I screamed
"I thought we wouldn't need any as you will be my wifey soon" Ali winked
"I will never will marry you" I say, hand on heart
"We will see about that" he smirked before walking off
Me and Fad (fadumina) were about to walk of to when suddenly Ashley (the typical popular chearleader) came infront of us
"It's not like I wanna talk to you" she sneeres at me"but I wanna make one thing clear: stay.away.from.Ali"
"You can have him" I laugh
"Bitch" she said
"Bitch is a female dog. Dogs bark. Bark grows on trees. Trees are nature. Nature is beautiful. So thanks for the compliment" I
state before turning around
"I swear I feel epic now!" Fad said. I laughed and we both continue laughing till we reach the school gates
"Good luck this evening" Fad said with sympathy
"Don't worry I'll be fine" I lie
As I walk home, I continue to make dua to Allah (God) as I know I will be dreading what lies ahead ...
