Speech

"Hey dad when are we leaving" I say pulling my jersey over top of my dress "now let's go" my dad grabbed his keys and we were off to the fancy school for the speech he had to make about us. I didn't want to go to the school but my dads been telling me it's going to be good except I know something none of the other ducks know. My dads going to coach the goodwill games full time worldwide meaning he won't be our coach this year. We're getting a new one name of Ted Orion.

We pull up to the school and I get out of the car and run over to Julie, Fulton ,Dean and Connie. "Hey babe" Fulton kisses my head and wraps his arm around me "hi" I look up peck his lips and hug Julie and Dean I hadn't seen them all summer "missed you guys" we all went and joined my dad on the stage. For his speech "this is a very special group of kids and I know they will make your school better, sure they've run me ragged through out the years played their fair share of Pranks I haven't forgotten this eggs" I laughed at my dads comment "but we've become the quack attack the Flying V and the Bash brothers" when he said bash brothers Dean and Fulton cheered and my dad shot them a look and they laughed but quieted down "and I hope they can bring the same amount of team work and effort they gave me now over to my old biology teacher and now headmaster of Eden hall Dean Buckley" my dad stepped down and went and stood over by Casey. "We are pleased to welcome the ducks into Eden hall with full academic scholarships" Dean handed us each a booklet with a scholar ship contract and some other written stuff along with room assignments and so forth I took it and smiled at my dad he waved to me and Casey pulled out her camera and took a picture. Dean finished his speech and I walked down with Fulton and we stepped over to the side "what do you think about this" "I think as long as you fulton are there I will survive" I kissed his cheek and ran over to Julie and Connie who were talking to Guy and Russ
