THIS IDEA WAS STUPID AND DANGEROUS.

Adonis could already hear his mother's voice if she found out where he was and what he was doing, and some other words that he would even feel aren't appropriate to his hearing.

His hands were going numb, he could feel the intense sensation of scratching them due to the duck tape being too tight around his wrists, and this whole riding machine they had placed him on was too uncomfortable. Adonis had woken up in a locked room, tighten up into this kiddy machine they used to put on carousels, and no one was there to keep an eye on him, he was in the dark, no weapons, not a single one he could feel.

"This is just great." He mumbled, his eyes looking around in search of some type of ventilation he could later get into as an escape route, but not a single vent, not a window anywhere, just a door. "Think, think, Don." Adonis closed his eyes, a deep breath in and out, focusing on every sound around him, focusing, he was able to pick up that there were two men outside his door keeping guard, he could hear their steps overlapping with one another.

"Open." There he was. Ivan. The door opened behind him, heavy steps following behind. "Look kid, there are only two ways out of here, you either get us the money and you're forgiven for the deaths you caused or you die right here and now."

"I am not scared to die Ivan. You killed my father in my house and you left me alive, that was your mistake." Adonis gritted his teeth at him, his jaw too tight that if he pressured enough he could break them.

"Well then, you are just as stupid as your father." Ivan pulled behind his back his gun, pointing at Adonis' forehead, the cold metal touching his skin, there was the small sound of the safety being put out, then the trigger setting behind Ivan's finger.

"Ivan, they found it. Ronin." Another man entered the room, heavy breathing as if they were running all their way over here. Ronin. He knew that name, he idolized that name.
