chapter 6: This will be fine...

"Yeah sorry, this is not going to work out." Willow said. Already starting this friendship of swell aren't we? Yes I suspect we will be the best of friends! Even though Adawolf was speaking telepathically, I could hear the incredible amount of sarcasm in his mind. "I was told me and my sister were going to be teamed with, smart, intelligent and powerful allies. Not some thief's!" Willow said. There were many things that confused me. First, where was her sister? Unless her sister was a vanisher from Keeper of The Lost Cities, I could not see another fluffy owl around. Second, what does she mean thief's, the only stealing I have done was steal some answers from one of the smartest kids in our grade, Kai. Probably should not have said that... I can trust you though, right? Anyways, the last thing that confused me was, why was this Willow person protecting a random fox like it was her sister? Wait... never mind makes since now. "They are very intelligent. Given, sometimes they do like to make... unique decisions, but with time you will grow to be quite fond of these four furry friends!" Kiran said. I felt honored and insulted at the same time. I loved what he said but the unique decisions part was kinda suspicious. I mean the only, unique decision, we made was during our telepath training. Kiran told us to open our mind, but after 1 hour of it not working we slammed our heads into the walls, we were using our heads for once! Literally. "Sorry I have to ask, is you mom an owl and dad a fox or what? How are you sisters but are different animals?" I asked. "Intelligent?" Willow asked Kiran. He faced palmed himself and started to say all of the intelligent things we had done. Not going lie, it was a short talk. It was very demoralizing. Then she finally explained her sister situation. "We are both humans but we got different personas." I responded with an "oh" like I understood but I didn't. "You can figure out how much you hate us later,  but I do have a question. Why have we been given more teammates?" Beowulf asked Kiran. "Well our prophesier has personally requested y'all guys. He also said to bring two others. So get going, she does not like to be kept waiting."  Kiran explained. We then hurried to a massive cave. Their were many drawing and carvings on the rock and many inscriptions and writings. As I was admiring the drawings I stepped on something squishy. I looked down and saw a big fluffy white tail with green markings. Their were spirals and triangles on her tail and as I looked around the room their were ten tails in total. The tails started to shift and move until it revealed a white head with a ring with three triangles inside of it on the wolfs head. He was smiling but right when he looked at Louve he started to twitch and turn. He started to mutter something about death and vocals. Then he turned to face all of us and suddenly his head snapped to his right shoulder. His eyes began to glow with a dark shade of green and started to open his mouth wide and when he was about to close it his jaw broke and dropped. Green mist started to pour out and an ghoulish sound started to erupt from his mouth. His jaw snapped back together and said, "When 6 are combined, two will align. When you eliminate the king of death, throw his body into the Lethe." Then his eyes went back to normal and said. "Well hello, did you need something?" He asked. It was more of a kiddish voice and he started to jump around and play with his tails. We each inched out and when we were out of sight we bolted for our portals. We left Willow and Wenny at Anthornia and now it was confirmed that they would hate us. We each got spit out in our caves but I could tell Adawolf was doing the same thing as me: Puking. I made sure to check to make sure my jaw was still on and left for our outcropping on the forest. I was enjoying the open air, much better then a stuffy cave, when Louve come but she was looking real shook. "You ok?" I asked. She looked at me and there was horror in her eyes. "He started to freak out when he looked at me and my line of the prophecy is that I would kill my dad with just my breath, but what is he was not the only one that I would kill with just my breath. My days of killing are over." She explained. "Hold on I think I know what will help." I said. I ran back to the caves and burst through Adawolf's cave and told him,  "You're the leader and Louve needs some reassurance. Go! Oh well go after you are done." I said at the last moment after I realized he was still puking. After 5 minutes he went to comfort Louve. (It adm thhye bfeyskt wsijnog mdaan, Lguskge)  I went back to my cave and laid down. I took a quick nap and after I woke up I saw a familiar face. "Oh hey Willow. Wait Willow, you are not supposed to-" I was interrupted by her knife she pointed at my neck. She smiled and said, "Tell me what rightfully belongs to the owls, thief. Long live the owls!"
