The Mansion

Chapter 1

Benjamin was running for his life well the madman chased him flailing his gun shooting at him but was to drunk to aim. Benjamin ran into Lilly and hugged the small blond and blue eyed 7 year old. Lilly's new father saw him and then saw the madman. Lilly's new father stepped in front of them and forced the gun out of his hands. I was running after the madman and then I took his hands and then took some metal wire and tied it around his wrists.

1 Year Earlier

My name is Madeline. I live in a stone mansion near a lavender field and near the ocean. I am 12 I have brown hair and green eyes. I don't know who my parents are, all I know is that I have the best family a girl could ask for. I am adventurous and not really the one to sit and read. Lilly is 6, she is blond and has blue eyes she is a beautiful young little girl. She looks innocent and sweet but she can do more than meets the eye. She is like a ninja stealthy and quiet. She is my favorite we are partners in crime. Next is James he is 11 he is on the chubby side. He has brown hair blue eyes. All he likes to is sleep, listen to music, and read. I don't know how he can do that all day, if anything we are complete opposites. We don't get along that well either. Next is Benjamin he is 15 he has blond hair bright green eyes. He can run for along time and he's really fast too. He's on the tall side. He likes Ann a lot he asked her on a date once an she rejected him in a nice way but he didn't take that to well. Anna Bell is the oldest 16. We call her Ann she is smart and has beautiful blond natural curly hair, she also has bright blue eyes that can brighten anyones day. She cleans are clothing cooks us food and makes us clothing too. I hope to be just as nice as she is ones day.

One day Lilly and I were outside playing in the lavender field with the cat that lives there. We then both heard something we got up and looked what it is. It was some rich people looking to buy the old mansion. The man was waving his money around as if was some toy. It got me mad so I ran as fast as I could into wear it hurt him most. I then ran away back to Lil

ly and then into the mansion. Ann asked what all the noise outside was. Lily and I said that we were just running and chasing each other. Ann then picked up Lilly and started waltzing to the music that James was playing on the victrola. I saw them having so much fun it made me smile as I stood and watched them dance. James came up to me and asked me to dance. I said yes but didn't understand why he asked. Awhile later the record stopped, Ann went and did dishes I dried all the dishes that Ann washed and then Lily helped her make dinner. I went on the roof of the mansion and looked up at the sky lit up by stars. I then heard Ann calling everyone to eat dinner and I went back downstairs to have a magnificent dinner. I helped her clean up and then I went up stairs and got into my nightgown and let my hair out of the braid I put in that morning.
