Ashton's POV
I am now in Tennessee. My flight was 18 and a half hours. I got here yesterday. I am going to sleep some more.
Hailey's POV
I wake up and hear my doorbell ring. I think to myself...
Who would be here at 5 in the morning????
I stretch a little bit and yawn. I make my way to the door, half asleep.
"HAILEY!!!!" , says Niall. Oh lord... "Hey Niall." , I say quietly. He pulls me in for a hug. "I've missed you."
"Awww! I've missed you too." He smiles at me. I smile back.
"I missed you so much. I wanted to come surprise you and hang out for a day."
"Well I definitely am surprised. It's a great surprise." , I say genuinely.
"You look sleepy, Hailey." , he says. "I am certainly not all the way up yet. It's only like 5 something in the morning." He nodded. "Haha sorry for waking you. You can go back to sleep." I hugged him. "Thank you. You can make yourself at home. I just need a few more hours to sleep."
He smiled. "It's okay . Haha . I understand. Hailey, you can cuddle with me if you'd like. I don't mind at all." , he says. I don't oblige. I cuddle up next to him. He puts a blanket around me and softly sings me to sleep. He's such a sweet best friend.
It was now about 10 A. M. I decide to take a shower. I turn on my Spotify and play Taylor Swift's 1989 album. I sing along to Blank Space. I wonder what Niall and I were gonna do for the day. Knowing Niall, it would be fun and we'd have a great time.
I put on some shorts and a cute top. Today is definitely a bun kind of day . I spray on some of my Our Moment perfume. I wear some black Vans. Now I'm ready for the day.
"So what are we going to do today Nialler?" , I ask him. "I've been wanting to teach you mini golf. You up for that ??" I smiled. "I'm up for that. I just gotta warn you that I may be really bad at it."
"Not with me teaching you,
you won't be bad. Haha."
"Haha okay, we'll see about that Niall." He smiled. "You ready to go?" , he questioned. I nodded my head yes. We made our way out the door. He opened my side of the car. He is a true gentleman.
On the way to the golf course, I played my 1989 album. Niall and I sang Style together. It was great. He even danced a little bit. I laughed. He's such a dork. That dork is my best friend. I do miss my main dork though...
When we got to the mini golf course, Niall talked to the owner. Apparently he knew him. Haha, no surprise there.
"Ready to learn??" , he asked. "As ready as I'll ever be. Haha."
"I want you to pay attention to what I do." , he said with a serious face. I know Niall is serious when it comes to golfing of any sort.
I was totally going to do what he tells me to. Especially, when it comes to this. I carefully observed what he was doing. It doesn't look that hard to do.
He got a hole in one. After a few times on his own, he let me try. I did exactly what he was doing. The ball made it half way to the hole. I look up at Niall, "what am I doing wrong??"
He looked at what I was doing ,"Looks like your stance is a bit off. I've got a good idea. How about we do one together. Like me guide you." I nodded my head yes. He got behind me. He was hunched over a little bit. He put his hands on top of mine. I moved with him. We got one! "We did it!!" , I said excitedly. He smiled at me. "Now you try to do what we just did." , he told me as he stepped out of the way. I did what me and him did. I did it! The ball went straight in the hole! "I did it!!" , I said really happy. He smiled. "WHOO!!! See! I told you that you could!!" , he said. I smiled and hugged him. "You ARE right. You ARE a great teacher!!"
He smiled proudly.
We played mini golf for about an hour. We started getting kind of bored after that. "Would you wanna go to Incredible Pizza??" , I asked him. "Sounds like a great idea!" , he replied enthusiatically.
When we got to Incredible Pizza, a few fans noticed him. Oddly, they didn't mob him, which was a good thing. He ended up taking pictures with a few of them. He loves all his fans. I love that he's always so nice to them.
We got on the go carts. After that, we played a few games. We got really competitive when we were doing that. It was so much fun.
We ate some pizza. We ended up eating alot. I guess when we were playing all those games, we worked up a big appetite. Haha. I'm not complaining though. I've noticed whenever Niall and I hang out, we eat alot.
We went back to my house after we ate.
