The Night Job and Lance the Duck

The next day Joe goes to work, the only thing wrong is that he has to work over night until 6am. Later that night around 2am he hears a noise he jumps up and grabs his flashlight. He hears someone breathing close to him but he doesn't know who. He turns around and shines his flashlight at the small shadowy figure. It's just a duck who flew through the window. He grabbed the duck put it out of the window and closed to window. A couple minutes later he hears banging at the window he looks and its the duck again, Joe walked over and opened the window and the duck flew to the chair where Joe had been sitting before he got up and just sat there. Joe closed the window and went to the chair to move the duck but the duck wouldn't budge so Joe just sat in the other chair and named the duck Lance and went to sleep
