The following morning I got out of bed and washed my face. Slowly I got used to Gragas' Inn, even though it was a bit dirty.
I put on comfortable clothes and hid my horn and wings, then walked down the stairs to pick Sett up.

As I walked through the dark alley I suddenly stopped because I started to realize what had happened the day before.
I had taken drugs, drank alcohol, stole from a bank and... kissed him...

Warmth was rising in my cheeks and I stared at the floor, not really knowing if I should really go back to Sett. What if I had ruined everything? What if he didn't want me to come back to his place? I started to feel very uncomfortable and just kept standing there, staring at the floor and shaking a little, until I heard a voice next to me.

"Hey, are you okay?" I turned around and saw Sett walking up to me, smoking a cigarette. I just nodded quietly and then stared at the floor again. "Let's go", I mumbled and turned away, walking through the alley. He followed me quickly and we went through Ionia, not really doing anything but walking.

After a while we reached a forest, but before I could enter it, Sett put his hand on my shoulder. "Hey, what's wrong?" "Nothing." "Don't lie. We walked like 30min and you didn't say a word. What's wrong?" I looked into his golden eyes and got goose bumps.

"I... I don't know. Sorry." He shook his head and took a one of my hands, then looked at me softly. "It's alright." I felt warmth in my cheeks and hands and stared at the floor. It was that comfortable warmth, but at the same time I didn't want it. It was wrong. I was there for a mission, not to... to what? I got off his hand and went into the forest, not looking back to see if he was following me or not.

We went to a lake and I sat down in the grass, looking at a small flower. He sat next to me and I could feel him looking at me and smiling. "So, what do we do here?" I took a deep breath and let myself fall back on the grass, looking at the sky and slowly closing my eyes. "Just enjoying nature and it's beauty." "I thought you wanted to make me a better person, not to lay around?" I opened my eyes a little and looked at him softly. "Yes. And enjoying the sun a little, laying here and feeling the wind will help. Just try it." He nodded quietly, laid down and turned his head my way. Quickly I closed my eyes and felt the warm wind on my face.

Time passed and after a while I sat up and looked at Sett. He smiled with his eyes closed. He looked peaceful and I noticed he was sleeping, so I stood up quietly and looked around, thinking about the next thing to do with him. Maybe walk through Ionia? That would take time and would maybe be too exhausting. I kept thinking and didn't notice I was kind of stalking Sett, until he opened his eyes and stared back at me. "Hey." He grinned and I turned away. "Uh... you're finally awake... Let's go then." He stood up and followed me through the forest, just walking quietly.

"Where are we even going?", he asked and I could hear his confusion out of his voice, which made me smile a little. "Just walking around. We can stop if you don't like it." He took my hand and shook his head softly, grinning straight at me. "Nah it's alright." I turned red and stared at the floor. "Okay good."

After walking for a while we made a break, but he still held hands and I tried to look at him without noticing it. Maybe Sett really wasn't as bad as Aurelion Sol had said. Maybe he really was a cute, soft guy that just went through a lot. Maybe he just needed someone to be there, someone to talk to. Wait, what was I thinking? I shook my head a little and sighed, which made him look at me. "All good? You're acting strange today." "Yeah, all good. Just..." I took a deep breath. "... i don't know. Maybe this is wrong...." He looked into my eyes and I got goose bumps. "Does it feel wrong for you?" I shook my head a little and looked at him with a soft smile. "But I am supposed to make you a better person. A good guy. But slowly I start to believe that you aren't a bad guy at all." He nooded slowly and then put one arm behind my neck. "You sure?" He kissed me softly and surprisedly I kissed him back and laid my hands behind his neck. He put his hands behind my back and I noticed I was blushing.

After kissing him I felt a little dizzy and looked at him while feeling like I was melting away. He laughed a little and grinned. "Are you okay?" "Y-yeah..." I stared at the floor again, shook my head and put my hands off his neck. "Uh... w-we should... you know... keep walking..." "Yeah sure, little one." He winked at me and we kept walking through the forest, until we reached Ionia again.

"So, what now?" "Hm... do you have a library here?" He looked at me confusedly and leaded the way to the library, where I looked around and smiled a little. "Search yourself a book. We will borrow them and pass a typical introvert-day!" I have never seen someone look that confused and I laughed a little, but then he turned around and searched for a book he liked. I found a book about poetry for myself quickly, and after a while he had found himself a thriller. We borrowed them and went through the city to Gragas' Inn, where we went into my room.

"Wait, you're living here?" He looked like he could vomit and his eyes were wide open. "Yes, but not for long. Just for the time I'm in Ionia." He nodded quietly and sat down on the couch. "Okay.. how long will that be?" "Until my mission of making you a good guy is finished." He grinned and stretched himself. "And if I stay a baddie on purpose to make you stay?" I blushed and turned away to put the bag with the books onto the bed. "T-then I have to try harder." "Hm." I could hear him mumble something, but I didn't quite understand it. (I still don't know it, even if a lot of time passed.)

We read in the books and time passed. In the evening I woke up on my head with the book on my head. I had fallen asleep without noticing it. Sett sat on the couch and was still reading, and I could see how excited he was about the book. I smiled softly and sat down next to him. "Hey. Seems to be a good book." He nodded and read the last few lines, then closed it. "I actually didn't read any books since pre-school. But I'm glad I did now." His smile was soft and honest and he looked like a little boy who got something he always wanted. "That's great. We can borrow more tomorrow if you like." "Nah, I'm good for now. But thank you. Really." I nodded shyly and looked at the floor.

"No need to thank me." He put his hand unter my chin and made me look at him. "Yes, there is a need." He kissed me softly and I put my own hands on the sides of his face. He smiled into the kiss and I could feel how I was zoning out again. His hands ran through my hair and closed behind my head and I got off him for a moment. "There really is no-" "Psh!" He looked at me and smiled softly. "Okay." He kissed me again, then laid his head on my shoulder and breathed calmly. "Gosh, what are we even doing?" I went through his hair with my hands and smiled a little. "I don't know, but to quote you: Does it feel wrong for you?" He shook his head and closed his eyes. "Not at all."

He fell asleep with his head on my shoulder and I listened to his calm breath. Thoughts ran through my head. Maybe... maybe I just liked him the way he was. Maybe I didn't even want him to change.
