Your first day at SFIT was finally here. You made sure you had everything in your (F/C) backpack.
"Excited?" Asked your mom.
"Sure," you replied with a shrug.
"Be good and make friends!" She called while you race out the door.
I don't think anyone would want to be friends with me, a girl who skipped a whole bunch of grades and is in university at a pretty young age,you thought.
You finally made it to SFIT, and looked around. The yard was packed with students, all at least 8 or 9 years older than you. Except for one person, who caught your eye. He was around your height with scruffy black hair. He wore beige coloured cargo pants, a red shirt with a robot on it, and a blue sweater on top. The boy saw you and waved. You waved back, without even thinking.
As you made way inside the building, someone stopped you.
"You must be (Y/N) (Y/LN). I'm professor Callaghan."
He stopped to shake your hand.
"Your personal lab is room 207. Good Luck" he said with a wink.
As you made your way to rm 207 you passed by different labs that everyone used together. The windows were open, so it was easy to see what was going on. A cat in rocket boots flew through the room, A table filled with chemicals of every colour was in the centre, 6ft structures made out of titanium glistened in the light, and a guy in a mascot suit walked around.
You kept on walking until you realized you were at your lab. A welcome letter was on the table, you and your own tv and mini fridge, a work table and computer was set up, bean bag chairs and couches sat in the middle. As you looked around, you heard a knock at the door. You twisted the knob, opening it.
"Hi," it was the boy you saw when you first came.
"Hi" you said back, staring at the ground.
"You probably are (Y/N)" he answered.
"I am, what about you?"
"Hiro Hamada," he said with a grin. You noticed that his two front teeth were slightly gaped, making him cuter.
At the thought of that, you blushed and continued staring at the ground.
"So, (Y/N), Callaghan sent me to tour you around the area. So here I am."
You stepped out of the door and into the hallway.
"Let's go!" Hiro said, taking your hand. You guys ran into a group of four people. One really tall girl with blonde hair, a yellow headband, pink glasses and a yellow cardigan. Another girl with a black leather jacket, short black hair with a purple streak in it, was chewing gum pretty loudly. A guy, in a green sweater and had dark brown dreadlocks stood with them. And in the centre of it all, was a guy with long dirty blonde hair, but you couldn't see his shirt because he was wearing a mascot costume, just like you saw before, but this time he was holding the head.
"Hiro! You're with a girl!" Said the blonde haired girl.
Hiro blushed and let go of your hand.
"(Y/N), this is Honey Lemon," he said, pointing to the girl with the blonde hair. "This is Gogo" he said pointing to the girl with the black short hair," Wasabi" he said nodding to the guy in the green sweater,"And this is Fred" the guy in the mascot costume gave a little wave.
"I'm (Y/N)" you said with a smile.
"You must be new to SFIT! Welcome! You're gonna love it here. " said Honey.
"As you may know already, Honey is always excited and happy, so she's gonna make you feel welcome 24/7" said Gogo with a smirk.
Honey Lemon blushed at the comment but laughed.
"Well, me and (Y/N) better get going" said Hiro.
"Don't do anything you aren't supposed to be doing," called Gogo.
Wasabi, Honey, Gogo and Fred laughed at the comment. You and Hiro blushed.
Taking your hand again, Hiro ran down the halls with you.
"You're gonna love it here" he whispered.
