You are on a hospital bed.
1 year ago today, you were diagnosed with leakumia.
Doctors said you didn't have much time left.
Your boyfriend Hiro walked into the room.
"Hiro," you say, weakly.
"(Y/n)" he smiles at you and then a tear appears on his cheek.
"Hiro, don't cry" you say.
"I'll be in a better place soon, I promise. I will watch you the whole time and make sure nothing will happen to you."
"But (y/n)," he says. "I can't lose you too."
You cry as he holds your hand.
"I love you Hiro," you say.
His lips touch yours. When he pulls away, your gone.
"I love you too (y/n)" as he cries, and holds your hand until the doctor comes in.
