It had been a couple of days after the nightmares, which thankfully had stopped after four nights. Rosalyn let out a sigh, collapsing on the table, murmuring thankful thoughts.

They had been quite busy the entire day, helping with the commissions. Lumine had been blanking out quite a lot these past days, though Rosalyn suspected it was because last year she had promised herself to bring her sibling along. Wonder where mine is.

Rosalyn wistfully looked at the azure sky, the gentle blow of the wind whisking leaves past their table. Lumine and Paimon had been out helping Keqing with the last of the tasks and had practically forced Rosalyn to take a break from helping them.

"It makes me feel guilty asking such a young girl to help us out with these tedious jobs." Keqing had said. Lumine was nodding from behind Keqing's back, agreeing with every word.

"Yea! Paimon thinks that Rosalyn should go hang out with the other kids in Liyue." Paimon exclaimed that day.

Oh, how Rosalyn wanted to punch the deities in this world for making her appear in this world in this small body. She was weak as well, having not even been able to defeat a single hilichurl. So on this day off, she had made it her goal to practice her skills.

And as you can see where she was right now, it had been quite unsuccessful. "It's ok." Xingqiu tried to lift up her spirits, patting her back as she groaned. She had dragged the boy along- with Chongyun of course- just in case anything had gone wrong.

"Maybe if you had a better sword?" Chongyun waved his popsicle around as he thought, looking at the girl; she shook her head. She had been gifted a Prototype Rancour when she first arrived in this world, but Jean had given her a better one. Aquila Favonia. It wasn't as good as her own weapon, but Rosalyn wasn't going to complain.

"If it was about the sword, I would have stolen Xingqiu's a long time ago." She pointed to the blue-haired boy as he let out a jokingly offended scoff.

"Come on, that's enough rest. Time to go again."

Rosalyn ran towards the mitachurl, switching hands with her sword as an icy mist floated off the blade. Gracefully dodging its heavy ax attacks, she jumped on its back as she positioned the sword down, stabbing the mitachurl before getting off, panting.

The mitachurl let out a roar as the ice started to spread from the wound, coating his back before he fell forward, smashing into pieces. Rosalyn watched the particles fade into the sky before whirling around, grabbing her dagger as she threw it at an arrow, slicing it in half before sliding on the ground, holding her dagger in her hands as she disappeared in a blue flash, appearing behind the shooting hilichurl.

Grabbing onto its leg, she catapulted it towards Xingqiu, who elegantly slashed upwards, landing on his feet as the hilichurl cried in pain before dispersing into particles similar to the mitachurl's.

"Better!" Xingqiu wiped the sweat off his brow, walking towards Rosalyn who stood still, watching the particles float away. "You can defeat a mitachurl now," he cheered, not seeming to notice her gaze.

"Yeah..." She murmured. Her eyes trailed around them, watching the warm glow of the sky reflecting off the clouds, the sun shining its last rays for the day, slowly sinking into the sea that bordered a part of Liyue.

It was quite difficult hiding the fact that she held power over all 7 elements in front of Xingqiu, but perhaps it was for the better. After all, ice, or cryo, was the best element she could control for now. Using the other 6 stole her energy much faster than using her vision.

"Pew," the girl mimicked, watching the crystal hit the target in front of her, shattering upon contact.

Try again.

The door slammed open behind her, startling Rosalyn enough to cause her to drop the 7th crystal she had been forming in her hand. "It's time to meet Childe," Paimon called, letting out a huff.

"Coming," Rosalyn yelled back, even though they were a foot away from the other.

Childe. A person who she despised, for personal reasons.
