That I had to read at her court hearing.
While she was in the ICU on life support.
Joe was there, he looked smugly at me like he knew what was going to happen.
He got sentenced to six life sentences with no parole.
JC died two weeks later.
She went out bravely. She fought until the very end, until she couldn't fight anymore.
JC was my only sister, the only person I truly loved.
But I guess life takes away what you love in the blink of an eye.
