A young woman (*cough* sorta) who was once a student of Union but upon discovering her secret she was bullied and neglected. Now she is back to have her justice against Union.
It be a month since Union failed on saving the city and within that month civilians start to move away thus causing Union to lose the civilians support.
At Union current location.
After returning from their failure to protect the city the headmasters are gather in the office to discuss the issue about Meaux. Before they could discuss, every device turn on surprising them but they aren't the only ones.

Every device mysterious turn on and on the screens is Malka herself which shock Union but confused everyone else.
Malka: "Hello everyone. I am Malka daughter of Mr Meaux and Empress of the Imperial Flames. My reason of this announcement is the declaration of war against Union and their corruption. For years they have cause great suffering and pain to humanity" she said as the devices show the many crimes Union and their allies have done.

Captain America: "They are worst than Hydra" he said as both himself and the Avengers are shock at Union corruption.

James Ironwood: "I want all troops to leave Union along with the arrest of Jaques" he said after seeing the list of Union and their allies crimes.
