I didn’t forget about the nametags, in my mind they stayed a big question. Yes I was currently dragging a hesitant Tom to god knows where, but that wasn’t as important as to why I had my best soldiers/best friends tags in my pocket.. Was this a sign of them still being alive? No.. one of the tags had blood on it, did Zach put them in my pocket to fuck with me? No, that leader clearly wanted me dead, did the two put the tags in my pocket?

There was a blurry thought in my mind, everything started to go black. Wait no.. stop! Not right now..

The blurry thought in my mind turned into a blurry reality, I couldn't even protest and suddenly I went from walking down the halls with Tom to.. I wasn't even sure, everything quite literally was blurry almost fuzzy looking, colors bled together and I felt slightly sick. Everything felt like I drank a whole bottle of some strong alcoholic beverage and I didn't even drink, talking was heard and very muffled.

"..Hes…. .. Bloody.." Someone stated, in what I could guess was panic, but looking at them I couldn't recognize anything and it was honestly terrifying, I tried to speak but something restricted my vocal cords. This felt way too real, this was different from the other flashbacks, I feel.. my throat.

"Bandages.! .. Sir.. … with us." Another voice seemed more desperate, my vision started to mold together til it went black again.

Suddenly I slammed into someone, yelping as I let go of Tom and stumbled backwards, but quickly, I was grabbed by my arm and the person I bumped into pulled me back up. "Woah, what's the hurry fer?" They questioned, clear thick accent, it took a few seconds for me to regain my bearings as I glanced at a confused Tom and at the man I bumped into.

"Fucking hell.." I mumbled to myself, I put a hand on my head rubbing it before glancing at the confused person, it took a second for me to realize the metal I felt on my arm, metal.. Wait what.

"Ya' alright?" He questioned, I was busy staring at the teal robotic hand they had, it looked shittier than mine and yet it worked. "Commie.?" Tom mumbled, my dazed expression changed into realization. "Oh shit! Didn't mean to run into you I.. I don't know what happened." I stated, backing up slightly. "Oh no, it's fine." He replied, chuckling.

The man was shorter than me, but yet not as short as Tom because he's really short. He had maroon colored hair that was really messy and slightly spiky and also was tied back, then a noticeable tiny cut on his cheek that showed some of his mouth as well as a bandage on his left eye that had an eye hole cut into it to show off a baby blue eye. The man wore a uniform similar to Jayden but it had different coloring on it, shoulder pads were dark maroon and he had a navy armband with the army logo on it. But the army jacket was the same dark grey and he had a blue collar like Tom, in short he looked important.

"Who.." Right now I couldn't really think strait, I think the flashback really fucked up my head, maybe I had too many today.. I need to stop thinking too hard about stuff.. yet today has just been so stressful so maybe my head has just had enough.

I could tell Tom was glancing at me but I couldn’t really read his expression right now, now that I think about it didn't Matt mention someone important that had a missing hand, Irish maybe, that could explain the accent. "..Darrel?" I questioned, the man paused before giving me a dumbfounded expression. "No? It's Dawson." He mumbled.

Dawson.. makes sense, I forgot about Matt's habit to forget names. "Oh.. Uh Matt told me about you, I forgot most of the details but he said you were Irish and your name was Darrel.." I said honestly, tired glancing at him. "I keep tellin' him I'm scottish, fer some reason he never listens." Dawson exclaimed in annoyance. "Brits are so annoying." He added. "There's a Brit right here you know." Tom commented, rolling his eyeless eyes.
