This split between love and war, was that the pain and desire filling you up to the point where you couldn't take it anymore.
You didn't know if Sunghoon was the same, that night he stood over you like a monster, but before that he was your best friend. The love of your life.
The crushing weight peeled against you, and you knew this wasn't the best of situations, you fell deep against him, and his arms wrapped around you were tight. You knew he didn't love you, but you trusted him. Though amongst his friends he was a different being.
"Let go. It hurts." You voice squeaks, but he chuckles, looking down at you as if this was some sort of game.
His eyes were a different shade, and since it was night, this really wasn't good. Pushing out of his grasp, you look at him, with anger filling your veins.
"Why are you doing this?" You asked him, but he looks at you blankly, before taking a step closer to you.
"Why are you trying so hard? Hm? Do you think I'll be the same, Sunghoon, you fell for?"
His words hurt, but that didn't stop you, "You can't tell me, your not the same person you were a week ago?"
"And if I'm not?" Finally in front of you, locking his eyes to yours, the red rings in his eyes lure you in.
"Then I'll just have to bring him back." Pulling him by his shoulders, you push forward, placing you lips on his, hoping for a break through.
A spark pierced through, as his arms wrapped around you, his eyes closed, and his body calmed with the embrace of you.
He pulls away from you, letting you go, taking steps back, as his friends come from the shadows.
"I didn't think she'd get to him." Niki laughs, while the others smile.
Your eyes watch Sunghoon, noticing his eyes are no longer red, due to the scene that just happened.
Rushing off, Sunghoon and the others leave you alone with Jake.
"Before I go, you should stay out of this. If he didn't revert back, he would've killed you."
Jake disappears into the darkness, and you were alone in the park.
Fear crowded you from every corner, breaking down your walls.
