chaehyun's pov!

"i guess waiting for dayeon takes a long time?" i muttered to myself, while looking down on my phone.

"hey, chaehyun!! did you finish the editing for the project? uhhhh- i think it's due on monday." dayeon said, with a worried voice.

"oh?- yes, i did, don't worry!" i said confidently, but was also startled from the aggressive 'hey'.

"okay - great. if you didn't, i'd probably pass out."

i chuckled,

"i wouldn't want that, and besides, i don't want my bestfriend to worry about anything." (CH)

"you're so considerate, thank you!" (DY)

after those sweet words, i just gave her a smile.

"oh, well i need to go to my math class. i'll see you soon chaehyun!"

"okay, bye dayeon! have a great time."

she rushed to her math class quickly after.

after our short interaction, i headed to my science class.

i sat down on my seat, and took out my needed materials for science.

it didn't take long for the teacher to arrive too.

"okay class! science is starting in about 2 minutes. get ready with your materials." she placed her tray on the table.

2 hours later,

after our teacher dismissed us, the only thing i was thinking about was dayeon... -and food.

as i was about to go to the cafeteria, i heard the intense sound of steps creeping closer to me

-aaand a loud voice bloomed into my ears.

"CHAEHYUN!! how was class?" dayeon said out of no where, with her hands on my shoulders, shocking me.

"oh goodness- it was fine, we didn't take any tests. i was just staring outside from the window most of the time."

"oh really? i had to take a test, but it wasn't really hard, which is good- let's eat shall we?"

"okay,"

we both walk to the cafeteria, and saw our friends sitting in our usual spot.

"heeey!" hikaru loudly greeted us,

"hi chae, and yeon! let's have lunch now since we're complete." xiaoting calmly said.

after the crazy greetings, we all ate and talked together.

as we finished, the classes had to go on again. so we bid our goodbyes.

timeskip, 1 day later

3rd person pov!

it was a sunny day, both dayeon and chaehyun really needed fresh air since the two worked on a project for a week already, with no rest at all.

and chaehyun actually had a plan on how to have a fun weekend, without taking too much energy.
