3rd person pov!

chaehyun and the rest of the members were preparing for a performance. they were going to perform their hit song "WA DA DA". the thing is, chaehyun didn't tell anybody she was feeling overwhelmed, panicked,  and scared. she didn't know why though. she was always so prepared and excited for their performances. she thought about being a burden to kep1er, and also thought about her fans. she felt panic in the highest level, and she started sweating.

y/n, their makeup artist, saw chaehyun sweating in the corner of the room  and walked up to her.

"chaehyun, are you okay? why are you sweating? do you feel okay?" y/n asked, with a panicked voice.

"can i be honest? no, i don't feel okay. ever since this morning. i felt my heart beating so much when i woke up, and i don't now why. i feel a bunch of emotions right now." chaehyun vented out, looking like she was about to cry.

"oh... well, come with me. your performance is only an hour away, and i think i can make you feel a bit better."

after y/n's reassurance, y/n drags chaehyun to the staff room. chaehyun stays silent while y/n looks for the pills in their drawer. y/n gives chaehyun a pill.

"chaehyun, i'll be back, okay? i'll just get you some water. y/n tells chaehyun.

"y/n, are you sure i'm allowed here? i mean, this is the staff room." chaehyun replies.

"oh, yeah. let's go to the lobby then, wait there and i'll tell your manager what's going on right now. i'm pretty sure he'll understand."

"okay."

chaehyun gets up from her seat, both leaving the staff room, shortly they reach the lobby, y/n leaves for the preparation room after they arrived, making chaehyun wait.

chaehyun soon starts to feel sweaty again, makng her worry even more, she starts to think if she will wreck the performance. cutting her thoughts, y/n comes right back in the lobby.

"heyyy, you're manager said it's alright.. yet he's concerned for you. here, i got you water... drink up, then we'll come back to the preparation room.. i'm not actually supposed to be helping you right now, but your manager let me do so."

"thank you." chaehyun drinks up after her words. then gets up her seat, walking back to the preparation room.

"chaehyun.. if you're thinking about anything negative, don't. it'll make you more overwhelmed in the performance... think of positive things. i'm pretty sure you'll do a great job. i'll fill you up with compliments whether you like it or not." y/n reassures her, chuckling right after.

"okay, thanks! now i feel more energetic. thank you so much, y/n. i'm so grateful you were here to save me." chaehyun gives them a wide smile.

"mmm... it's nothing!"

the both f them arrive to the room, waiting for their manager to call them.

"alright! girls, everyone is here, correct?" their manager says loudly.

"yes!!!" all of the girls shout, all of them are excited.

"okay, let's go!"

chaehyun looks at y/n one more time, seeing for reassursnce.

"chaehyun, fighting!!" y/n gives her the reassurance chaehyun needed, and chaehyun flashed a smile at them. chaehyun walks out the room happily.

after the performance of their hit song, "WA DA DA", all the girl come back to the room shouting excitingly, and yellow energy was flowing throughout the room.

y/n looks up from their phone, looking at how happy the girls are. chaehyun walks up to them and whispers...

"thank you."

omg sorry for not posting 4 so long .. >.< i had no motivation, this oneshot'll be short since i still have modules to do, but i hoped u enjoyed!!!
