Elena and Elijah walked into the compound hand in hand. Smiling. "Finally." Hayley spoke as she walked over and hugged Elena and Elijah telling them congratulations. "It's about time." Klaus spoke as he shook Elijah's hand and kissed Elena's cheek. Elijah shook his head pulling Elena into his side. Elena smiled. "So what about Jeremy and Rebekah?" Elena asks. " They are together. - but we have a problem." Hayley spoke. "What's the problem?" Elijah asks. "It's seems that Elena's friends changed their minds about helping Marcel." Klaus spoke. "What? - why?" Elena asks. " We don't know. - maybe you could find out." Hayley spoke. " Right after we make you a hybrid." Elena said. " And make you and Jeremy originals." Davina said. " But we can't. - we don't have a Doppelganger blood." Elena turned to Davina. " But we do. - you." Davina said. " But I'm a vampire. - there's no way that this could work." Elena said. " I've done my research. - even though you are vampire - you still have the Doppelganger magic running through your veins." Davina said. " So that's how I'm able to help Hayley. - up for it. - I don't know about Jeremy." Elena said. " We've already spoken to him. - he is up for it as well. - Rebekah and Jeremy will be here in a few." Kol spoke.

Back in Mystic Falls

"If they didn't bother coming here when they were in Mystic Falls why are we protecting them?" Damon spoke. "Because no matter what Elena and Jeremy are our friends. - that's why. - they probably didn't have time to visit." Caroline said. " But they had time to say goodbye to Alaric?" Bonnie asks. " Because they lived with him Bonnie. - Alaric was a father figure to them both." Stefan said. " But that's not the point Stefan. - the point is they don't care about us anymore. - they love their lives in New Orleans. - they have the time of their lives without us." Damon said. " But does that gives us the right to turn our backs on them?" Caroline asks. " We are having the time of our lives here. - and we haven't visited Elena or Jeremy. - so what does that say about us?" Stefan spoke. " Nothing. - we have our own lives to live." Bonnie said. " And so does Elena and Jeremy. - they have the right to live their lives with or without us." Stefan said. " So you guys aren't going to help?" Damon asks. " Why? - so we can kill our friends?" Caroline asks. " But are they really our friends?" Bonnie asks.

Few days
New Orleans

Elena had just gotten off the phone to Caroline. " They have all gone bloody mad." Elena then threw her phone across the room and broke it. " Damn them. - just because we didn't visit them?" Jeremy asks. " Where were they when you've been here for months now. - it's not like they didn't know where you were. - they have been living it up for all this time. - screw them. - we don't need them." Jeremy spoke. But what Damon and co didn't know they be messing with two original hybrids and five original vampires. Elena shook her head and swished out. Elijah going after her.

Elena found a bar. "Hi. - what can get ya?" Cami asks. "Whiskey. - neat." Elena said. Cami gave a nod. And got her drink. Elena downed it and ordered another. It was like that for a while. "Care to talk about what's on your mind?" Cami asks. Elena shook her head no. " I'm Cami by the way." Cami introduced herself. " Elena." Elena said. Downing another whiskey. Elena sat there waiting for another drink. Thinking why would her friends do that? Why would her friends betray her.

Marcel came face to face with Elijah
"I will kill your precious girlfriend. - I warned her. - and she wouldn't listen." Marcel spoke.

You go anywhere near her and your dead." Elijah threatened.
